i learned tonight that the rugby, warwickshire kingdom hall has been attacked with some type of incendiary.. not sure how extensive the damage is but sufficient enough so that all meetings there are suspended.

no public talks for a while - watchtower studies to be held at the group centres.. there is a lot going on in rugby circuit at the moment!.

Would a JW Elder consider physical evidence?

i was wondering if anyone could comment on the likelyhood of a witness elder considering physical evidence of molestation.

so far all i am hearing about is the 2+ witness rule and i would like further clarification.. if sally-sue's parents walked up to elder marvin and said: 'hey!

if there is a guilty perpetrator, he/she will be in jail, and that will solve that. It will than be public knowlege, what can edlers do then.

In the case of very young persons, maybe a physician or a therapist first, they usually know the reporting laws. That might be a good alternative for some still struggling with a lifetime association with a cult.

Disfellowshipping Child Abusers

i have a question on the issue of child abusers within the organization.. i know that it should be reported to the authorities as it is a crime against human laws, but it is also a sin against jehovah so it must handled theocratically also.. my question is: should a child abuser be disfellowshipped from the christian congregation?

In the alternative, AT LEAST AS LONG AS THE ADVOCATES?

Men and women that are survivors and advocates are still expelled/shunned while the abusers have been reinstated and are going door to door.

I could learn to live with almost anything IF it was at least ALL ACROSS THE BOARD.

IF it did come from Randy's site, and its still there, just post a link. Otherwise, there is a rape thread on here by 'gsark', you can use that one. I am gsark. That is an original work by me, I did all the research myself (someone had to read the 'Aid' book to me over the phone is all)it is the most accurate one I have found on the internet so far.

I know Kent and Randy takt stuff off this page all the time, I think you just have to say where it came from, or if you don't know just say that too.

Amazing Survived Major Heart Attack

i just spoke on the phone to amazing (jim whitney) who is in intensive care in a chicago hospital.

on monday he had a major heart attack, had a stint put in an artery to unblock things and may have bypass surgery.

he's comfortable enough right now, but of course will have to make some big lifestyle changes.

Barbara Anderson's Role at Bethel Questioned

both here and in some private correspondence i have received the role of barbara anderson as detailed in the dateline segment has been questioned.. the main reason is that she is a 'she' and not a 'he' and that 'she's' should not have access to confidential records at bethel.. anyone who served at bethel for any length of time discovered that bethel doesn't always work by the same rules as those they issue to the congregation.. i met barbara while she was in the midst of her proclaimer research.

it was likely just another 'branch tour' to her, but i do remember speaking with her and being impressed by the intelligence behind and shine of her eyes.

a couple of items of interest that should help dispell those who doubt the role she had in brooklyn.

1) only Watchtower SENDS CONVICTED RAPISTS TO PEOPLES DOORS

2) only Watchtower EXPELS/SHUNS the survivors
