Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Freedom. It's funny how much you can take until something and someone(s) pushes you over the edge. The edge you were told that leads to certain death, but instead you find freedom.

hello all and happy new year!.
i don't post here often,but as the new year just started and my birthday is tomorrow, i am feeling extra reflective.
it has been several years since i was willingly disfellowshipped, and i say willingly because when the judicial committee asked me my thoughts on the organization i told them i thought it was not a god directed organization.
i haven't read over much of the recent articles in the last decade from the wt.
i wonder if they will mention muslim extremists and use that fear as a control mechanism on their members.
i have a feeling they will resist mentioning islam specifically.
The WTS is conspicuously quiet regarding Islam, at least in print.
Just wait till the GB is securely ensconced in their underground bunkers at the new world headquarters, they might then criticize Islam in their literature and let the rank and file deal with the fallout.
i have written a blog post about the dubs and their scorn of modern medicine and rasputin, while simultaneously touting unproven, dangerous cures.. i wonder what it is about a fake remedy that makes jws believe in it or scorn it?.
last week we had an elder giving a talk, cant remember the title.. the thing that was of interest is the experience he gave:.
"a brother who was working in a hospital had to leave his job which was paying him good money because the nurses wanted to sleep with him and they kept putting notes for him on his desk!".
this is not the first time i hear similar experience.

anthony morris is ranting against higher education.
he is blaming parents for enrolling their kids in college.
Best would be if Morris and Lett are together in a JW tv show.
That has some real funny potential LOL I think I might even be able to stomach watching 15 or 20 minutes of that.
