when the elders visited us last week, they also discussed my father.
my mother called them about him.
They decided to ban him from giving public prayers and provide answers during meetings. But, they have disfellowshipped another guy from the congregation. One of the kindest people I know. Anyway, he's quite in a good mood and not mad at my mother at all.
He is not mad at you or your Mother right now. This doesn't mean it's over. Anyone that goes after a stray dog, that just wanted a meal, with a base ball bat is mentally disturbed. I am glad though that you have peace in your house tonight,

i have been da for 2 years, divorced, ex and my son live 6 hours away near walkill ny.. my sons first talk is coming up, in august.
he is 7 years old.
having recently had an "awakening" - not from reading awake .... i realize i can not preach doctrines i do not believe anymore .
but i do not want the elders to start following my every move, because i also have plans to check other christian denominations.. so i am thinking, should i chat for an hour or two with an old visit and report the hours, should i tell the elders i have some doubts and i do not want to preach for now or should i just stop reporting and avoid the elders attempts to talk to me?
what do you think is the best sollution to get away with this?

I agree with Giordano he's insane. He needs professional help.
You know something cookie I have killed a lot of animals but only out of self preservation or because I needed food. I never enjoyed it. The idea of going after a stray dog with a bat or kicking a pregnant cat is insane,
Cookie in the Canadian Arctic we kill animals only if we have to. For example polar bears we shoot with red dye first when we see them. That way we know if a bear shows up repetitively with the red dye he's probably hunting us instead of just passing through.
