do any of you ex-jw's still believe in god?

even with the new rebranding/softening of this religion, i still don't see how people can believe in him.

Why thank you Prologos Sewer sucking was always a passion of mine in my younger years. Its amazing what occurs to your consciousness when when your rootin around looking for solutions to life's questions. Sometimes they just come flyin right at you and stick!

As for a belief in a god I am not hard to convince just give me the next winning numbers in advance for next few lotto draws and I'll crawl bare naked through a 1/2 mile of fully engorged sewer sucking hose publicly extolling his/her/it or their deity.

the prime minister of england made the above statement yesterday regarding any schools that influence youths in a negative manner.. he went on to say that if youths are influenced in a negative manner regarding religious teachings that promote judgement of others (including same sex relationships, etc ) or that look down on other peoples free choice, the government would take action.. i cant find a newspaper article sorry...i just heard it on the radio news.... very interesting though...it may have a bearing on how those who learn ttatt are treated by the organization??

If you could only visit my JW relatives they would all give testimony that would probably pass polygraph analysis that every meeting with me was and is a demonic incident ! I take a certain satisfaction from such incidents even if the nuances of such meetings are imperceptible to most. LOL

No-See-ums bug bites, have you experienced these little pest?

the wife and i here lately have received little unknown bug bites, on our legs and arms.. so today in my senior class the instructor ask if anyone received any unknown bug bite.. there were 75% that raised there hand and everyone ask, what the hell is it.. these insects are ferocious biters.

they don't spread any diseases, but they will keep you indoors.. they are called valley blacks gnats, they feed on blood.

in my research i found they are active in.

You should try diesel fuel, rub that on they don't like that either used to use it for that purpose when I was a kid. Works great! But there are downsides to it though.

What is your purpose or what do you wish to accomplish while a member of this board?

when i joined this forum i was seeking more people who felt the same way i did in terms of seeing the jehovah's witness organization for what it truly was; a false prophet.. once i found like-minded members i slowly started to open up and participate more in trying to help others that were also exiting mentally and physically.

today, i offer support to anyone who desires it regardless of what they believe or not believe.. so what is your purpose on this board?.

I have been out of the Borg for so long that it's mostly just a distant memory for me. It is fun to relive experiences that I have in common with so many on here and I learn a great deal from this site. For instance, had it not been for this site I never would have known about the new light on the overlapping generations nonsense. If I didn't still have family trapped in I would probably never have found this site and wouldn't find visiting so compelling. It really was fluke finding it for me!

My condolences Perry. The same thing happened to me with my Father so I know what it feels like. It's a sick twisted cult and your Mother's son didn't deserve to be treated that way. Stay on the sunny side of life ultimately that's all we can do.

Why limit this to new dissociate's why not a letter of reaffirmation of disassociation or disfellowshipping saying thanks I'll never be back. It's a long time to 8/8/16 so lots of time to throw out ideas.
