  this is in reference to the box paragraph.

  the first paragraph remains the same, there are no changes. they removed the second paragraph though,

  ''As Jesus began his inspection in 1918, the clergy of Christendom no doubt received an adverse judgment. Not only had they raised up persecution against God’s people but they had also incurred heavy bloodguilt by supporting the contending nations during the first world war. (Revelation 18:21, 24) Those clergymen then placed their hope in the man-made League of Nations. Along with the entire world empire of false religion, Christendom had fallen completely from God’s favor by 1919.''

  Which I think is interesting, I guess they know that most JW's know about their UN involvement, and so not as to call themselves bloodguilty just as they called the clergy of christendom bloodguilty, they remove this reference.

  And the Rank and File JW's dont even bat an eye at these changes....

  book: What the Bible Really Teaches - help

  i have been told to study this book with a sister so that i may can be indoctrinatedadjusted according to bullshitaccurate knowledge.. i dont have this book, nor do i remember reading it, or studying it, just wanted a head's up from those of you who may have it, or know where i can read a copy of it online...any help is really appreciated.. thank you in advance!.

  I dont recall posting in this thread that I like holidays......Fred, you seem to be easily confused with what posters are saying. The one poster called the book, ''what the bible really teaches'' rubbish, (because it is) not the book of the Luke, not the Bible.

  Remember: MEN wrote the society's publications.

  getting through to customer service on the first try and the customer service rep. actually knows what they are doing and have your problem resolved on the first try!!!!

  -being with loved ones around a dinner table that is covered with plethera of many bowls of steaming delicacies (like turkey and stuffing and gravy, the list goes on and on)..mmmmm...

  -watching a child learn a new skill, see the pride of accomplishment in their eyes, and telling them how proud you are of them!

  -driving on a long winding road with the top down, the wind in your hair

  -sunshine and blue skies always makes me happy, no matter what season it is

  -making a new friend

  -re-uniting with an old friend who moved far away

  -jumping on a trampoline, riding a roller coaster, jumping out of an airplane with a shoot of course, or just doing what you love.

  -oh, let's not forget great sex!

  I was worried the tornado would hit us and it hit the Kingdom Hall!! :)

  so saturday night as the weather gets bad and the tornado sirens scream for almost an hour, we were worried that one of the tornadoes would hit us.

  it seems that it hit the kingdom hall instead!

  Did your home survive undamaged? Are all your family members ok? I hope that none of your loved ones homes were hit!

  funny, if that tornado hit a church, they would probably be buzzing about how it was god's direction that caused that.....

  you cannot be drinking the cup of jehovah and the cup of demons; you cannot be partaking of the table of jehovah and the table of demons.1 cor.

  This is just my two cents

  I dont believe that there is a trinity per se, (God the father, god the son, god the holy spirit) but rather that perhaps that Jesus and God(YHWH) might be the same person....but like you, I am open-minded to all views and opinions
