watchtower 1965, page 429 says, "instead of opposing a change in scriptural understanding, organizational procedure or organizational structure,it is better to adjust oneself to it, remembering that, whatever change is made by god's organization, the change is for the good of those in it.
to resist this advancement is to resist jehovah's spirit that operates on the organization, causing it to advance.......although a person may not at first appreciate the need for a change, as time passes he will begin to see how it benefits the organization.
".........so there you have it, whether you think something is right or wrong is not the point; the point is you must do as you are told, because benefitting the organization is all that's important.
Anyone that tries to reform the Society will be cast out.
We've all seen ample evidence of this lately.
Jehovah certainly does not want his people to show initiative. Oh, no! Even if there is gross error on the part of those heading his earthly organizaqtion, you had just better be quiet about it and "wait on Jehovah" to fix matters.
So what if people die or are damaged in some way, that does not matter. Just sit in your seat, be quiet and in time the issue may be addressed .. or not!

while i wholeheartedly join in with the backslapping and thundering applause being accorded the relentless and selfless efforts of bill bowen and his silentlambs lobby and other men of integrity and conscience---some still, some no longer, associated with the "christian" congregation of jehovah's witnesses--- in exposing the vileness and hypocrisy of certain of the wts's policies, i am moved to hoist a separate and personal tribute to a woman who has turned out to have more integrity and character and courage and conviction than most people with whom i've ever been acquainted and, more on point, than virtually any of the generally good and decent jws i ever knew in my 30 year association---male or female, regardless his "rank" or his/her jw "pedigree.".

i am sick of tired of being labelled as different things.

I have nothing to prove and realize that no matter what, you cannot be all things to all people. It's simply how I feel about myself that counts.
today i had my jeep towed into the shop..i dreaded the ride in with the driver (im extremly shy).
but we ended up haveing a great conversation about what vehicle i should buy next.. what a perfect person to ask cuz of his job.
he said "dont get another jeep they roll too easy and they catch on fire.".
