I want to get a solid opinion on this chapter from everyone. 2nd Corinithians 3 is a major set back for those who believe in keeping the 10 commandments. Possibly. Can someone comment on this chapter? Thanks

by Rabbit inhere is a sad, scary story about a whole country of isolated people whose news and knowledge of the real world around them is strictly controlled -- and the effect upon their minds.. this story reminded me of what happened to me during my 35 years 'in' the wt.
does it remind you of the same mind-set ?
it sure helped me understand the danger of extreme politics & religious dogma.. .

Question for ex-JWs who are Christians
by whyizit ini noticed that many who post here have kind of thrown the "baby out with the bathwater", when it comes to the bible and god.. i understand that there is a fine line between love and hate.
maybe they blame god for the deception.
maybe they don't trust anything to do with god any more.

I have personally gone on to believe in the real God, who is a loving caring spirit of the universe that doesn't write books. It is the character and essence in each of the individuals I cross paths with that love each other. The real Satan is the character and person I cross paths with that seems to support war, fighting, political confusion, starving third world countries, driving golf carts and hitting golf balls, etc. It took me a while to find out that the WT was just another group confused by the inherently pragmatic and tactless social skills of human ethics and etymology.

I think that all Jehovah's Witnesses should be disfellowshipped. That will take care of the "greedy persons", and it will help eliminate the soc.

Bigg asambly hall sold
by happy man inin sweden it was told inn a letter from the society today that they hade sold ther assambly hall from 1jan 2007, a bigg hall for 6000 peopel, and bigg hotell and, also camping area , and some buldings, fore under 10 million dollar.we hade all our bigg summer assambleys ther, it was fore the whole country.. .
when we by it, it was a blessing from jehova, now it was to bigg and to expensive, as i understand it the gb gave decide this, our country was to small to have so bigg and expensive establishment.. .
littel sad to think about this was a very nice place, and i think evry jw was proud of it, some might bee very dessapointed now, and i must say this is a defeat fore the swedish leadershipp..
