actually it's not really a kingdom hall more of a online chat room with video.

if you have a webcam and microphone groups can go there and do online video chats.

Fireworks night tonight!

anybody going to a fireworks display tonight in uk?it'll be the first time since being a jw but i love fireworks and am going to one tonight(for the scouts-another no no!

)i still feel abit uneasy about it cos of why jws should'nt do it but know my little boy will love it.i was so disappointed when i became a jw and couldn't do this either!sorry to post something so unimportant but i'm being very childishly excited about it and can't tell anyone else!

it all starts after you hear "these things we pray through jesus christ, amen".

i gather my books and the kid's books and put them away.

by that time people are walking over to us and talking to my wife and playing with my kids.

what did you think you would be doing in the paradise?

like after all the garbage was picked up and the 2nd dead were buried?

i thought i would get a house with a creek running through it and play with animals.

This may sound stupid but space travel was a big dream for me as well in the N/S but I wanted to own an intergalactic burger bar!

The 2 other images i thought about all the time was a farm style ranch like on Little House on the Prairie (sic) and also in the film the Time Machine when he goes thousands of years into the future all sitting around eating fruit in a brain dead kinda way.
