  How many eJW forums do you belong to ?

  i am registered to about maybe 4 but only look at the others quickly, to see whats going on.

  i usually spend my time here.. the big thing i started to notice is that it is always the same dozen or so peeps, i couldnt see the point in going from one forum to the other as they are all talking about the same thing (or poster).

  so if you go regular to other forums how do you keep up with all the in fighting (which really puts me off) and the continual banter between the select few.. what do you get out of other ex jw forums that you dont get from here ?????.

  what is the justice in condemning humanity for the apparent sin of eve, transferring the crime of one to another, or the entirety?

  where is the justice in exterminating unbelievers (most of whom may simply be unaware of 'the truth')?

  people seem to value freedom as an implicit good--how is god's rule not authoritarian?

  You can choose not to serve God. Yes there are consequences.

  Does god have the right to enforce the consequences? Consider Rev. 4:11 for starters.

  I can't understand why the Witnesses think that the entire World is evil

  in their black and white world, the jw's think that everything that isn't jw is evil.. every day, i visit my dad at a nursing home, a place where dying people go, and i see so many good people, many volunteers, helping out the sick and dying.

  witnesses may preach and know their bible better than the average person.

  but i prefer people who don't know their bible as well, but have a heart and donate to the poor or help the sick and have compassion.. maybe one day when the average age of witnesses will be higher, maybe they will start to understand that there is more than preaching.

  I can't recall the last time I saw a JWpull out their bible and find scriptures without the help of a Watchtower Publication.

  I admire those who can. I need the appendix quite often.

  The use of the article "the" with the title (the Christ) is another way attention is sometimes drawn to the office as held by Jesus.

  It would remind one of the singular official position Jesus holds as the Anointed One of Jehovah, an honored position not shared by others of his followers who are also anointed.

  The title Chris means Anointed One not just anointed. I am interested to see how the theme will be developed.

  Can u order Watchtower/Awake subscription anymore?

  i went to www.watchtower.org looking to sign up for a watchtower/awake subscription but didn't see anything like that offered.

  i would like to atleast flip through them each month to see the doctrinal winds of change.

  i also like to look for hidden subliminal demonic creatures in the illustrations.

  visiting this board and briefly viewing some of the comments here your probably wondering if this db is pro or anti-jw.. your probably asking yourself is this board for active, 'loyal' jehovah's witnesses?.

  i'm not sure i can speak on behalf of the posters at this db, however from my perspective i will "try" to set this matter straight for you.. are those posting here current jw's or are they hiding that they are apostates?.
