  I think what AuntConnie is saying is true.

  Why do you think that the majority put in token service(D-D work).Why they miss meeting,donate little, etc.

  I don't think she realizes that the majority would gladly leave the cult if it wasn't for the shunning.So they do as little as possible,because they know the outcome so they stay doing the min.

  Also maybe she should spent more time (say 90%) explaining to the people, she preaches to, about ALL the ins and outs about her cult,how it functions so people know what is involved before gettinfg sucked into a cult.

  What is with the picture on( p 12 I think). The one showing Jesus a king in heaven and the 2nd one as a baby,did you notice his left hand finger does not look right.It appears upside down and he is giving the finger to someone.

  How do they know,what was he like in heaven.

  Are we now to bow down to the gb.

  As far as getting someone out by reasoning is like trying to save a snowball in hell.or as the saying goes not a chance in hell.They have to see the new light as it were to see.(the corrupt mind control org)

  Can any human today say that those 70,000 were not guilty of some serious sin. NO(does that mean people are predested)

  However they ALL CAN SAY David was GUILTY of serious sins,see Q18/19.

  Later,David is incited by Satan-DUH

  So if I sin,I'll just tell the elders I was incited by Satan.My fear of God lapsed.

  Just wondering is there someone in HQ trying to make a point by always using sinful David as an example.

  1. my husband's time is finite, it's wasted on spouses arguing over money, sex or family mattters with stupid home visits.. .

  i hate people's constant open hand for money, it's the weak individuals asking others to pull their weight.

  my family worked extra hours instead of begging the strong members for district assembly money, cat food for seven cats or tiny little rag-a-muffins weiner dogs.. .

  She has been indoctrinated by the so called faithful slave.Now,her values,beliefs,perceptions,judgements and behavior

  have been completely warped.

  I would define IDOLATRY as this:When we care about what man thinks more than what GOD thinks.We turn people

  (faithful slave) into idols that we worship to please them in order to earn their approval or respect.

  Many on this site have pointed out the pnony baloney of the faithful slave and have suffered,,have been persecuted

  and mistreated by family members & the org.They have made a hard choice to leave this P.B.

  Finally,I for one cannot accept the hatred that j.w. have towards fathers,mothers,children(more about this later)

  Also how to be carefully not to go to apostate sites (I hate the word apostate in this context).

  Oh be CAREFULLY how the apostates will try and mislead you,etc.
