  Watchtower No.3 2017 - The Four Horesmen

  this is the first time i've read through a watchtower magazine in about a year.

  although i've been our only 8 months it really git me how crazy i must have sounded when i was a jw talking to non jws.. while other bible based religions talk about the 4 horsemen and back up their theories with other scriptures or historical evidence, the watchtower have taken so such steps.

  1914 is thrown in there as if it's universally agreed that jesus started ruling since then.. even when i was a jw i never really understood why, if the pale horse represents jesus, why is he first?

  Give it a few years the light will get brighter and they will change their tune as to who the white rider with a bow really is.It is to bad that the mislead the people with their false interpretation of the bible.See all the changes that they had to make in their latest bible study book,however this one they are still holding on to.

  maybe there will be a mass exodus from jws when thinking people read feb 2017 watchtower telling them the governing body stuff up, shouldnt expect correct/ perfect information and basically make up guff as they see fit.....ya reckon?.

  Do not be fooled it will not happen.These people have a credulous personality disorder.The book they are studying(weird and wacky) and all the changes they made,are readily accepted by the members per their comments. It is one thing to make excuses for your mistakes(it won't happen again).Yet they are making excuses for the wrong and offensive behavior of others. In fifty years they will be making excuses for the present truths(overlapping)

  In my prestudy I highlight words in the para.

  Ex.para 5 never attend Christian meeting share in field service with your children.

  para 9 A mother in Japan when her boys were eight and ten gave the boys coffee gases.

  para 11 Many parents enjoy discussing articles in the Awake teaching very young children airplane lay eggs and hatch small airplanes.

  I find it relaxes the soul and is facetious.

  In humans,sex is determined by a specific set of chromosomes.From conception to birth we can see the sex differences in human physiology.What determines sexual orientation (SO).Is it genes/hormones/psychological/behavioral/biological.Would (SO) be noticed at birth or later in life.What is the latest research?

  i know that it must seem silly to ask, but my brother and his family think that the big a will arrive before they die.

  i tried to explain to my brother that everyone else who has ever lived in the past has died and only jesus has [physically] rose from the dead.. it is amazing that anyone could buy that line.

  what crazy cult culture that could make people believe such nonsense?!.

  I never did.I bet $1000.00 that 1975 will come and go like any other

  year.I am waiting for my grand.

  40 yrs later they are down playing their little game by admitting that

  older ones may die before the end.(how sad)

  Never the less by reading their latest publications they are pushing

  "simplify your life(sell hse),materialism,ministry just like pre 1975.

  Can you believe their "this generation" are getting on in years:yet,they will not

  all die off before the GT.God's kingdom rules book.Have I not heard this before.

  i’m sitting there in the kingdom hall just thinking how rich it is of the gbojw to preach about materialism when they have recently been evidenced to be using bro’s & sis’ contributions to the world wide work to travel business class!

  just that thought alone was leading me to read scripture while they were all engaged in the wt “study”.. however, then it came to paragraph 17 and i blurted / choked a little.

  the paragraph said that “we should not imitate the people of ‘the nations,’ who have no real faith in a loving heavenly father who cares for those who put the interests of his kingdom first in their life.”.

  A want is not essential for everyday living.So why do you have air-conditioning in

  kingdom halls,homes,cars.

  para 2 In developing countries....many may simply want to have enough money

  to buy an air-conditioner.I am sure in some African countries it gets very hot-humid.

  in paragraph 2 of this study, the gbojw evidences once again that they are sticking to the absurd 1914 doctrine – “when the last days of the present system began...”.

  i noted that as 2014 approached, the gbojw became somewhat reticent about making reference to revelation 12:12 – the “short period of time” scripture.

  so this study is the first one in a long time in which both the 1914 doctrine and revelation 12:12 are mentioned in the same study.

  the jw/wtbt's anti-scriptural & anti-christ teaching that "a person's own death wipes out their sins" (based on their lie that romans 6:7 is to be interpreted literally) appears to have had a little wedge inserted into it.

  despite making numerous accurate references to the fact that 1st century christians had figuratively died to sin, the svengalis at the top of the brooklyn pyramid point-blank refuse to discuss/cite/quote romans 6:7 and its true meaning.

  I thought Rom 6:7 was with reference to original sin only.We still sin and are judged

  when resurrection per John 5:29.
