  I don't remember the last meeting I went to but I think it was in 2001. I might have gone to the memorial in 2002 though.

  Follow up on JW relative's e-mail from last night.

  ok, so jw relative e-mails me back and says he agrees that its not wrong to question the dogma of men... i said in last night's e-mail that the bible doesn't say that questioning men (the gb) is an act of apostacy-now he agrees.

  that means i'm making headway..... then he says that he will "objectivley" research the 607bc thing, and the great crowd thing that i brought up in last night's e-mail.

  if he does, he'll know for a fact that the gb has known for years that 1914 is wrong... damn skippy!.

  i've only been on this forum for a short while, but i love it here!

  i have a question for everyone.. first of all, about a year and a half ago, i got on the internet to search for some jw forums.

  i didn't find any right away, but what i did find was information about the wt and all of its inconsistencies.

  I don't know if they are telling the truth or not. But who else here has to prove who they are before they are allowed to post without being harassed?

  Let's just give them the benefit of the doubt. If they are for real, we have two more friends who made it out of the cult. That's a reason to celebrate. If they are just playing games, well, that's a reflection of who they are, not who we are.

  And besides, who here has money on the line? Who's going to be out a chunk of change if cognac and hypnotic aren't real? Go ahead. Raise your hands.

  my friends.... you are misguided.

  i do not mean to attack you, but i have a vew issues i would like to discuss.. first off... .

  witnesses the bible says that man cannot even comprehend heaven... how would anyone know that 144,000 people will live in heaven when the old testament says in the first book genesis and got parted the waters from the world and the heaven so earths population is almost 4 billion people... how is only 144,000 people... or as i guess 144000 godlike beings going to inhabit a world as big as that ... which brings me to the next point 144000 godlike beings f they are godlike then there are 144,001 gods which is polytheistic.
