Time zones are confusing, tomorrow to us is today in Australia?

2 sisters called today
by stan livedeath inive lived here 7 months now--and today was the 4th time some dubs have called--while i was at home.. they were probably about 60-70.. after i let one do her simple leaflet presentation--i told them i used to be a jw--but left over 40 years ago.
and that i held the watchtower responsible for the break up of my family: and discussed shunning.. but the main thing i wanted to discuss--was the sale of their kingdom hall.
they confirmed a sale was going through.

Maybe they will 'subconsciously' not able to give as many of their dimes to org. since they know the selling of the KH will be quite alot and enough for org??

Obviously, the reinstated DFd just clearly aren't worth it to the org anymore. If they come back, they just come back to be with their family members again probably and don't contribute energy, additional time, nor money either to the cong/org. A near dead weight to the org and elders. Elders are tired, getting old and don't or can't really help people in reality.

Crazy how last year, they had a young boy in a video at convention wanting to go a music school for his violin. He was told no and that pursuing this would not be acceptable, worldly etc. Now they want special people in a singing program for them, obviously, ones that have outstanding singing ability. Are there any JWs that can maintain a talent when they couldn't pursue that talent. Everyone knows that if you don't constantly develop a musical gift, you lose it. Years ago they stopped any 'live' orchestra and performing singers at assembles/conventions.
Anyone know of such JWs that had 'outstanding' musical abilities? Especially if they were/are elders, pioneers, etc.?

Can she possibly give any pictures of you growing up to your brother to give to you? If she could get rid of your 'baby' pictures, she's quite far gone. Your daughter will like seeing your pictures some day of when you were younger.

on january 16, 2017, jehovah’s witnesses in russia will again seek to counter the decade-long tightening of restrictions on their religious freedom.
they will ask the moscow city court to rule that a warning against their national headquarters be rescinded as unlawful and unfounded.

so the battle goes on for WT. However, ECHR does not have absolute power over Russia.
