I regulary get a cramp in my calf muscle it goes as hard as a golfball, painfull........

by Emma inanyone experience leg cramps?
that's why i'm up at this hour.
not just a charlie-horse in the lower leg, but ones in the thigh that have me bolting upright out of bed and immobile for several minutes.

the company I work for have 2 Audi A8 L , 1 mercedes 500s, 1 Viano 2 Lexus 430, but you cant beat a Lada, Fso, Proton, and the Daewoo.

What's the most stupid comment a JW told you?
by JH ini remember when i was new in the "troof", i was walking in a mall and a jw window washer saw me, and asked, "what are you doing here"?.
yeah, he had a good reason to be at the mall, cause he was washing windows, but i had no business there.... i guess he thought that i was being seduced by material stuff.... and i was stupid enough, not to tell him, mind your own business fu**er....

i want either a toyota supra mark 3 (3rd gen) or a bmw 318i or 328i 1990-1995 or a mazda rx7 or miata or something else.
i cant make up my mind.. what ever it is it' going to be a fun car.

If you are looking for a sensible cheap reliable car look no further then a Proton , Malaysia's finest car maker, also Daewoo are becoming popular as well here in the UK or from Eastern Europe you could choose a lovely Lada or the stylish FSO.

Was at a C/A many years ago standing there in my nice new suit , trying to look cool and dapper and this sis comes up to me saying I looked smart etc, and that only JW men dress the best.
