just came in from wednesday service, as we are going through the entire book of james.

this week, we are in chapter 2, and around verse 14, he mentions that "several people' got the following mixed up because they choose to focus in on one verse, but ignore everything around it.

yes it's not offical but witnesses here are saying that gas prices and increased cost of living show that armagedon is sooooo close.....haven't they heard of world war 1 and 2 when people didn't have sugar, gas, coffee or anything?

armagedon didn't come....we bounced back.

many on this board know that i am not a jw, never intend to become a jw, but yet i am a christian and my hearts longs for jws to get the real truth.

they did their little spiel about the world ending, troubling times, etc...i let them finish this spiel then they asked "do you agree with it?

Ok, this is a little odd for me...just need a little advice

...there is a young lady at my workplace, who is a jw, and is sending the obvious signs that she at least has interest in me...even know that i will be a minister 'of the devil's church', as jws call it, as of june.

i'm not going to lie, i think she's cute, and if she wants to talk, i would do it.

one of my major questions is this: if i am not a jw, why would she have any intrest in a person that is apart of 'satan's system'?

a jw kept on asking me why do i think jesus was god when the bible says he is the son of god?

the answer to that really laid into the word "son".
