ok guys, list the ones ya know.. the truth/truth = the truth according to jw's is their religion.
for example someone baptized as a jw is baptized in the truth, whereas someone baptized elsewhere is not.. new light/light = a better understanding of the current status quo or 'light' in general which is just knowledge, new light allows for a complete change in beliefs without exception.. god's word = mainly the bible but anything else published by the wbt tract society is also acceptable.. true christians = refers only to jehovah's witnesses or suitable examples from the bible.. apostates = anyone who has been a jehovah's witness who opposes their beliefs (not necessarily people or individuals) and shares how they feel about the watchtower bible and tract society with anyone.
a person who hasn't been a jehovah's witness but does clearly oppose their message and beliefs may also be referred to as an apostate.. experiences = stories that will upbuild and encourage jw's.
NH or Not at Home - Someone who pretends to be out at when you knock at their door
RV or Return Visit - Someone who made the mistake of being polite when you knocked at their door and took some literature to get rid of you or said more than ten words to you.
NCA or Not to Call At - Someone whose door you shoudnt knock at for reasons varying from the fact that they may set their dogs on you to they are evil disfellowshipped apostate beings.
it's like, i have to have food as it's like, a physiological need and it's proven by science n stuff... .
but then i feel i want men too, but like, sometimes, i don't eat before a date... .
can these two arenas of my life coexist??

Terry I have to ask you this
If you particpated in Christmas as a child (from what I understand you were not raised as a JW) did you honestly feel deceived as a child because you were led to believe in Santa?
Has it had a lasting impact on your ability to trust?
I cant answer these questions myself because I was raised as a JW and as such never experienced Santa.
I have talked with my husband about this subject and he describes Christmas and the white lie that Santa was coming or had been as a wonderful time and experience. He doesnt believe in Santa now and has a fantastic relationship with his dad, and also had with his mother when she was alive. It hasnt impacted on his ability to be reasoning and logical and he does not have an underlying distrust of things.

We learn for ourselves and from one another. I am not debating your method for folk to learn. I am all for the lesson DO WHAT IS RIGHT because all wrong behaviour has a BAD CONSEQUENCE. I am totally against force, fear or bribery for trying to teach, educate people or rear children.
If you want the religious theme taken away call it CONTEMPLATIVE SCIENCE. I understand if you remove the Bhuddist word as a religious concept and look at what can be learnt from the philosophy of Buddhism it would benefit mankind.

Satanus it was part of a whole hour long programme about buying 3 cars in the USA and driving across part of it with various challenges. If you have never seen Top Gear, it is very funny and full of all sorts of stunts every week. The car had needed jump starting throughout the trip.
And Richard Hammond (or Hamster as we Brits know him) was the TV presenter who had a horrific crash, just before christmas, trying to beat the land speed record for Top Gear. He was the one driving the pick up and obviously he survived the accident.
