  Every fall when we get a clear day I get a pic of the first snowfall on Mt Rainier. The maple tree always has nice gold leaves by then. THis is the view from our deck and and all the east facing windows of our house.

  

  We have at least 100 wild apple trees on our place and since we have had a couple frosts they are very sweet. Me and my daughter are going to juice some tomarrow. I ate 3 of them today allready. YUUUUUUUUUM!!!!!!!!!

  How Do You Normally Dress?----- How About On A Night Out???

  Carhart actually make semi-casual dress clothes as well as work clothes. I work in a clinic so I would not have flannel shirts on. Thier clothing is tough and will last five times longer then many other brands,

  bill cosby, has always been a favorite of mine, a classic as one would say.. i will always remember a quote from him " parents don't want justice, they want silence!

  what were your excuses for not going to the meetings?.

  ours were the usual ones, boredom, illness or weather, yepp even the tiny snow flurries were a good excuse to stay home.

  Insomnia

  what do you do for insomnia?.

  I use melatonin (3 mg), it works and it's very affordable. It simply replaces the melatonin that our bodies make less of as we get older. You will not feel drugged the next day. I have a lumbar disk herniation and sleep is almost impossible at times without it.

  It's also very powerful antioxidant.
