Did god create life such as viruses and bacteria which would only make us sick. If we as humans get sick abdicate die supposedly because were sinfull then why do animals get sick and develop diseases such as cancer? NONE of it makes sense! What about the bloodsucking mosquito?! Why would Jehovah who views blood as sacred and as the soul being in the blood create such a sinful creature?

i agree....100%. I know my mother believes almost solely to see her mother again. It's quite sad in fact because i know how much she hurts. My father on the otherhand is a borderline crazy zealot.... i still love them both dearly thats what makes things difficult....

This has always been a hot topic to me as the whole 144,000 literal number seemed absurd to me. Wasnt the addition of the great crowd “revealed” to rutherford when JW numbers outnumbered 144000 in the thirties so they needed to reconcile the inconsistency? Correct me if im wrong

i prefer Yahweh over the former. Though recently ive made it a point to call Jesus Yeshuah Messiah. lol i really dont see how it really matters but i like the conversations that it creates :)

football is bigger than jesus at my hall. Seriously every brother knows more about carson palmer or Terrel owens than they do about the messiah they claim to honor. Reminds me of that scripture that my father always spewed off almost as a chant “by the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” i don't know abput the orgs stance on fantasy football though. Nothings been written as far as i know. Its funny how witnesses rely on the org so much by looking at whats been “written” or what there “stance” is. Anorher example of havings ones thoughts controlled....

ive edited wikipedia for a while and lurked a bit on the jw page. If i'm correct i dont believe [edited] is a witness and i agree wikipedia is not the place to witness bash although it is supposed to display a neutral point of view thus allowing for points pro and con. Evidently a jw editor named cobaltbluetony wrote the org and they wrote him back suggesting not to edit jw wikipedia pages so i wouldnt be suprised if the society doesnt “ban” wikipedia claiming that its a porthole of apostates or something to that extent.
