  My funny Memorial story...

  i think i told this story last year on here, but it's worth repeating for a good laugh.. my last memorial i attended was with my daughter, who was about 5. i took her and went to please my parents, of course.

  my daughter went to church with me regularly and so i had done the intense 'instructions' enroute about not partaking, etc.

  i got more and more tense as we arrived and got out of the car.

  OMG roflmao!Took it again -you know 3 times for emphasis!I got 11!I'm getting thicker by the second!think i'd better go to bed and rest my little grey cells sigh

  Dobbie I know what you mean, I'm scared to take it again! We know we're smart right, they just weren't asking the right questions. The really embarressing thing is when I knew I definitely got the answer wrong I'd start the test again. I think it's definitely time for my bed......

  Threats My Mother Made...

  my mother was a short (5'2") red-headed, blue-eyed irish woman.

  i was just sitting here thinking about some of the bizarre threats she used to make, either to us kids or to someone else that had her dander up.

  we always knew they were threats and would rofl or lmao most of the time when she made one.
