who would never ever let me touch her in the "naughty spot" because she was so hardcore.

she used and abused me and when she was done after 2 years and after listening to the slander the elders told her about me (about how i would just hump and dump her, im not spiritual, etc.

I can relate to that experience you have.

While i was in the "whoreganization" LOL, ok ill try to be serious here. I had a girlfriend who I went out with for 1 year. How it lasted that long? I still don't have the answer to that question.

But anyways, her father (who was an elder) knew the elders in my congregation and they were all great friends. And the elders in my congregation would always tell her parents that I wasn't good enough spiritually.

So therefore, her parents listened to my elders of course. And they limited the amount of time me and my ex gf would see each other. We only saw each other about 3 times a month. And we lived in the same town.

After all that, it really opened my eyes about how everything is so conditonal being in that cult. You have to be performing in the congregation for people to show you love and for you to be well liked.

We broke up in the summer because I got sick of it all. And now, she's getting married to a ministerial servant. And he's working for her dad. Her parents must be happy now, bastards.

If theirs one thing I did learn being out of the cult, is that love isn't conditional. It's unconditional.

Silly Things You Can Do For Which Jehovah Will Kill You...

i was thinking about all the various people who the bible says have been killed by jehovah or his angels for various acts of disobedience.

here are a few of the ones i thought of....feel free to add your own eating a piece of fruit (slow death, 930 years) picking up some sticks on the sabbath preventing the ark of the covenant from falling when the guy carrying it stumbles living in a city where your family has lived for generations, in a region where jehovah has "given" the land to his "chosen" people dancing for your victorious warrior father, not knowing he has vowed to offer the first one out of the house as a burnt offering.

God killed many people in bible times for good reason. It wasn't what they actually did that mattered, it was the principle that really mattered. They ate fruit and died, yes. But they were told not to eat the fruit or they would positively die if they did.

What I find much more interesting is what the Society teaches. Rather then opposing God's decisions he made in bible times.

Since after all, the Society and God are two different things.

The Society teaches many silly things and teaches it's followers what's acceptable and what's not. And what it takes to live eternally.

Personally, I think it's up to God to judge who lives, and who dies. Does that not make sense? The Society tells people that if they don't follow THEIR guide lines, they will lose out on eternal life.

I think their guidelines are a little too silly, and aren't scriptural. Just because they twist the scriptures and it makes it sound like THEIR right, when really, their wrong.

Example, According to the Society, you can lose out on eternal life for smoking, even though the Jehovahs Witnesses back in the 1950's were aloud to smoke. I guess their "New Light" from God changed all that.

That's just one example regarding what the Society teaches. I'm not ready to start bashing what the bible teaches though.

this statement was often echeod to me during my formative years.

i remember my very first day of elementary school (stateside) at the age of 4. my parents were flustered because they couldn't believe they actually had to start their only child into public school to begin with; after all, the end was right around the corner!

this was 1984, the year the first apple mac was introduced, 80's music was loud and in your face, the delorean was cool, and miami vice was just in production.

Umme yeah, their are Jehovah's Witnesses that do come onto this website trying to persuade peoples viewpoints. And as it was previously mentioned, it just goes to show us what doubts they have about their own religion, it's true.

You don't have to lose your family to believe in something, that's just foolish.

Ok, so all you Jehovah's Witnesses out there on this "apostate website" . Do you not know by being on this website it is against what the Society teaches, and is therefore against your beleifs? You can't tell people your beleifs are right when your on this website knowing you shouldn't be. Your a bunch of hypocrites.

And another thing. Ok, so the bible teaches that Christ would divide familys. So the Society enforces these disfellowshipping rules that tear apart a family unit ? And rules that say that the family cannot keep in contact with a disfellowshipped person ? Witnesses are extremists, and even though they might have a few things correct, I think they have this rule wrong.

but again i was quite young.. i know this stuff has been posted in the past.....but for the heck of it, i wanted to see what others believe cults consist of.....so i googled this.

I never knew that it was a cult until I was out of the organization after 20 years of being in it. It's only until you leave, you see how really screwed up it is, and how it's really a cult.

My parents say we the Jehovah's Witnesses don't follow human leadership, they follow God and Christ. Which doesn't make any sense to me because they follow the Governbody who are made up of men.

They receive their information from the society, and believe they are god's only channel of communication.

I guess in the Bible Moses was a prophet, and God spoke through him to people. But I can't see a group of highly controlled extremists being in charge.

Many of their rules and regulations are very unreasonable. Not to mention their doctrine changes in the past, and present.

By the Witnesses changing numerous doctrines, is what they were taught in the past wrong since it changed? Is it no longer to be believed ? How would you know what their teaching right now isn't later down the road going to be changed again ? Then not to be believed ?

Seems to me that they really enticed alot of people into their religion with false prophecy. I know one doctrine change that really bothered me personally, it was about the generation of 1914 seeing the end of this system. They stopped teaching that.

Jehovah's Witnesses are blindly following the society. And the Society is not to be questioned by any of it's members. If your a Witness and you do question the society, you will be automatically labelled as an "apostate", and have committed the unforgivable sin. They will kick you out on your ass.

Witnesses don't know what a cult is, perhaps, because the society hasn't made a watchtower or awake article on it. I wonder why ? Hmm.

Now that im out of the organization, I realize what I was into. And as I said before, when your in it, you don't realize anything, the only thing your realizing is what the society teaches you since your under a form of mind control (which is yet another sign of a cult, mind control).

Umme yeah my dad was an elder for like 20 years, he got put in jail when I was 9 years old for hitting my mother across the face. Oh and also he use to beat on us as kids, while still an elder. Oh and he use to say the word Fuck every time he got mad, which was pretty much every single day. And oh, he use to threaten me not to call the police because they would take him away to prison, or not to call the elders or they would disfelowship him. Yeah i lived in Fear.

Read my story people in my posts "My life in the organization", its quite interesting to say the least.

Who is going to finally expose the WTS for what it really is?

the walls of the wts are finally being cracked but nobody is breaking down the walls.we have the internet exposing all their lies,elders resigning,no new members beside families being baptized, contributions dwindling,teens leaving in droves,and layoffs at the wts headquarters .still,the walls remain intact.the 800 lbs.

gorilla is missing to break down the wall.. we know in 1975 many members left but the wts wall was easily repaired.who will finally break the walls down and how will it happen?

what will it take for a mass exodus?.

Is the Watchtower beginning to lose its grip on its members?

i have seen a counsellor on and off since leaving watchtower land.

she has made efforts to find out more about jehovah's witnesses.. we were discussing why my jw family (not my husbands' they shun us as if we smell bad!!!!

) are beginning to spend more time with us.

Yeah I think the watchtower is losing it's grip on it's members. Since I have just recently left, I found out that many other young people that I know personally have left too. Even the kids nobody thought would leave, are leaving. And it seems like the people in the organization are losing their zeal more and more. So, the wtbts is clearly losing their grip on it's members.
