Just posting a few pics here - I hope you don't mind!
by tim hooper ini'm a bit of a newbie here i suppose, but i've been fascinated by the photo threads that pop up now and then - notably leo's, purps and sparks.
so i thought i'd do my bit for posterity and bring you some pics from the uk that i've taken over the last few years, if that's all right with you that is!.
although i'm fully digital these days, my early work was film-based so, as a result of that training i tend to just use photoshop in the same way that i used to use my darkroom - ie.

Summer Weight Loss - Join me! - We can do it! - Operation Keychain is on!
by UnConfused inok folks - here is the deal, i gained my weight back (and some more) after i got my taste buds back from last summer's cancer o' fun.. i'm calling this operation key chain because weight watcher's gives away a key chain if you lose 10% in 11 weeks.. i'm now 172 lbs - 26.9 body index.
i want to lose 12 lbs by july 1st.. who wants to join me?
post your goal here and we'll do progress updates.. my "program" is this.. 1 cup of cereal in the morning.

My "program" is this.
1 cup of cereal in the morning
2 apples and a yogurt or microwave Healthy Choice soup for lunch
Salad for dinner and a Lean Cuisine (maybe a glass of wine)
Cough Drop for dessert.

30 minutes on the eliptical and lifting weights.Come on now - we can do it - let's get ready for bathing suit season!

Any advice on a work out expiriment....
by Tuesday ini recently came up with an idea for a work out expiriment and i'm wondering if i could have everyone's opinion on it.
since moving to louisville i haven't really had time to do a proper work out at all with training 4 days a week along with a full time job.
i'm lucky if i can get an actual workout in 2 times a week.
