Summer Weight Loss - Join me! - We can do it! - Operation Keychain is on!

    Ok folks - here is the deal, I gained my weight back (and some more) after I got my taste buds back from last summer's cancer o' fun.

    I'm calling this Operation Key chain because Weight Watcher's gives away a key chain if you lose 10% in 11 weeks.

    I'm now 172 lbs - 26.9 body index. I want to lose 12 lbs by July 1st.

    Who wants to join me? Post your goal here and we'll do progress updates.

    My "program" is this.

    1 cup of cereal in the morning
    2 apples and a yogurt or microwave Healthy Choice soup for lunch
    Salad for dinner and a Lean Cuisine (maybe a glass of wine)
    Cough Drop for dessert.
    --plus--
    30 minutes on the eliptical and lifting weights.

    Come on now - we can do it - let's get ready for bathing suit season!

    And if you reach your goal I'll send you a keychain!!

    I want to lose 15lbs

    my bmi is 25.8

    losing 15 lbs wil take it down to to 23.3 - (fine by me)

    am allowing 1000 cals.

    bowl porridge

    soup or salad for lunch

    protein veg and some carbs for dinner.

    If you are shy about posting your goals (no particular need to post your weight) you can PM me.

    Should we do a weekly weigh in and keep tabs? The idea is for something to make us not eat the ice cream or second helping of mac & cheese!

    p.s. - Gals think it would also be good to send me a picture of you in a bikini for a before and after comparison. (If you are a guy and do this I'll definitely post it!)

    I'm in. I have no idea what my BMI is, but I would like to lose 10 pounds. That would put at about a size 6, which is good for me.

    And BTW, like H**LL you're going to get a picture of me in a bikini!

    So unconfused, did you lose any weight?

    I didn't lose anything but didn't put on any either - think its gonna have to be plan B.

    Count me in, too! I am going to follow the South Beach diet phase 3 to do this. I want to follow something that I will use my entire life. I am a bit active, so it should work. I am stretching my size 10 clothes. EEK!!!

    Ok, I will give it a shot.......but the darn budlights are going to make it hard!

    I am 5'8, but like to weigh less than the doctor charts......the tend to be on the high side.

    So....do i dare say......I am 153 lbs..........and want to be at least 135-140

    I will check in if I lose, if you dont hear from me....its cuz I failed...lol
