DJK, that is what the tenants, that I had to evict, tried to do and they got an eviction, on their credit for the next 10 years.

has anybody got any success stories about recovering this sort of debt?.
does anyone know of any companies that would buy the debt?.
i have already contacted an attorney so am familiar with the legal/court route - i'm interested in alternatives..

Many properties in California are worth less than half, of what was paid for them. If your landlord owns one of them, you are not likely to get anything from him.
If you find someone to buy your debt, let me know, as I may have use for them, in the near future.
I have some dead beat, don't want to work, to pay their rent tenants. And stupid me, I only collected 1X the rent, for a deposit. I guess I should count my blessings, I have only had to evict one set of tenants in 27 years, this will be the second.

I believe they use ethanol in Bio-diesel.
Philip
John, all cars built from the early 1990's on are designed to use ethanol blends up to 15%.
Philip
All fuel in CA has ethanol, it reduces emissions. You only get 80-85% for the mileage you would get with normal gas. I get 31.5 mpg with normal gas, the best I have gotten with CA gas is 26 mpg.

this is one post i had always hoped i would never have to do, but after a long and brave battle, my beloved brother in law has died.
i have done a couple of threads on this in the past, so many of you know the battles he was facing.
he had been diagnosed earlier this year with myelodysplastic syndrome and the mortality rate of this disease is quite high.

another gem from the same edition - article to be studied december 28 - january 3 (which most will miss lol coz of summer vacation) entitled "what do your prayers say about you?
" page 6 para 19 reads:.
19 when we are being represented in public prayer, we need to display reverential "fear of god.
Cold fish.

i just do.. if a thread title has misspelled words or someone's rant has misspelled words, all i see are those ragged, misplaced letters all akimbo.. it's like watching early morning tv and i can't notice anything said by the fat woman who doesn't know how to dress for her figure.. i just think silently ... "you're fat and you dress poorly.
how can you stand it?".

notre dame sues caterer mistakenly given $29g gratuitythursday, september 17, 2009. the university of notre dame has a new tip for a catering employee they mistakenly gave a $29,000 gratuity check: give it back.. a lawsuit filed by the indiana university claims sara gaspar used the accidental check to pay bills and buy a new car, myfox chicago reported.. notre dame claims the check, which was supposed to be for $29.87, not $29,387, was issued on april 17 and alleges caterer gaspar never notified university officials about the blunder.. gaspar claims when messages she left regarding the check went unreturned, she assumed the amount wasn't a mistake.
she also said her supervisors told her the check was legitimate and they would pass on her messages to the human resources department, myfox chicago reported.. "i guess because it was there and i was in a bad situation, i went out and spent it," gaspar told the south bend tribune.
"i was so excited ... i thought, i could pay some of these bills.".
We had a $1200 deposit put the someone else's account once. When we got our statement at the end of the month, we went to the bank and the corrected the mistake. The account that it went in now had a negative balance, they had spent the money and they got to pay for thier stupidity. Mistakes are made all the time, if it isn't your money you can't keep it.
