23I am baffled as to why I Urinate so often and I am not a "Diabetic"?
by booker-t ini am really scared to go to the doctor but i am going after 5 years of constantly getting up to go to the bathroom especially at night.
in the daytime i hardly ever have to use the bathroom.
i have been tested for diabetis for many years and each time the doctor tells me "you are not a diabetic booker-t" i am terrified now because a good friend of mine who is in his early 40's as i am just found out he has prostate cancer.

I have obstructive sleep apnea. Before I had a CPAP machine, I would get up 8 to 10 times a night to urinate. Now one or two times a night is the norm. I can sleep for just five hours and have more energy and be less tired than with 8 to 10 hours sleep before. Sleep apnea can cause/aggravate health problems like, high blood pressure and other cardiovascular disease, memory problems, weight gain, impotency, and headaches.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is caused by a blockage of the airway, usually when the soft tissue in the rear of the throat collapses and closes during sleep. In central sleep apnea, the airway is not blocked but the brain fails to signal the muscles to breathe. Mixed apnea, as the name implies, is a combination of the two. With each apnea event, the brain briefly arouses people with sleep apnea in order for them to resume breathing, but consequently sleep is extremely fragmented and of poor quality.
Sleep apnea is very common, as common as adult diabetes, and affects more than twelve million Americans, according to the National Institutes of Health. Risk factors include being male, overweight, and over the age of forty, but sleep apnea can strike anyone at any age, even children. Yet still because of the lack of awareness by the public and healthcare professionals, the vast majority remain undiagnosed and therefore untreated, despite the fact that this serious disorder can have significant consequences.
Untreated, sleep apnea can cause high blood pressure and other cardiovascular disease, memory problems, weight gain, impotency, and headaches. Moreover, untreated sleep apnea may be responsible for job impairment and motor vehicle crashes. Fortunately, sleep apnea can be diagnosed and treated. Several treatment options exist, and research into additional options continues.

alcohol does not make a person do what they would otherwise not do; it simply lowers the barriers to enable them to do what they think they can get away with.
I agree 100%, they were thinking about cheating before the alcohol or the alcohol wouldn't have made a difference. The betrayal is not the act but the thinking that they can get away with cheating.

What if your mate cheated on you in your relationship/marriage and you didn't know? You didn't find out until after they died but all through your relationship, you felt loved, respected, valued and part of a wonderful team? Would it change the way you felt about them? Or would you instead treasure the value of the relationship that it was?
I have a friend that likes to play these games, he will ask something like "If you, your best friend and your wife were on life raft that could only hold two , who would you throw in the ocean? I don't play those games.
When someone cheats, they change, they treat their mate different. If you don't know you are ignoring the signs. If my mate cheated, I would know. If I ignored the signs and found out after her death that she was cheat ing . Then my relationship was a lie, a sham .

If someone cheats once and is forgiven, he/she will cheat again. If you forgive once, you will have another chance to forgive and another and another...
I would never under and circumstances cheat and that is what I expect from my mate.
