Jesus Tempatations by Satan
by cantleave ini have following the thread on the trinity and discussing the points with my wife who has put the following point forward.
jesus on earth as a man was tempted by satan.
it is the nature of these temptations which seems to indicate that jesus is not the same being as almighty god.

were hurtfully 'centric about people different than themselves among the
believers and non-believers (also race, etc.) and people who weren't. You don't
want to commit the irony of trying to disparage a whole group in the name of
complaining about the problems caused by some people being too 'centric.

Brooklyn." The issue of the devil attempting to tempt Jesus three times is

So the great prophecy would come true of man needing someday to build an ark.
God knew man would foul the Earth so He created water all over the place, sym-
bolized by a rainbow reminding him to look to the water in the sky. When people
overcame the habitational field of man's lowly origins to join the population of
the cosmos, he's find some lovely beverages.
Just don't murder the higher alien forms or eat a lower one with its nephesh--

waste of time. If God were all beneficent, we'd all live in heavenly circum-
stances forever. The possible God concept has to be reconciled with the world
that includes that we all die, etc., as in Job.This news bulletin just in: in response to popular vote, the good Lord has
decided that everyone can go to Heaven when they die. In accordance with this,

I like having friends whether they believe in God or not, but speaking of
literature that's hard to believe, it's kind of strange reading posts by people
who don't want to have faith in God explain that they can't believe there'd be
someone who doesn't want io.

all the time, like Manson or that guy in Fort Hood, despite risking their lives
and future regarding the known world to do it. Other than it being about a
being that's a faith matter, it's not so incredible a concept.I think one of the theology points that usually comes up is He could have made
it that we all abide, but it doesn't count for as much unless it's freely given.
Given free will for self, you get the bad and the good. For God's part, He isn't
all-beneficent and doesn't want everyone. Before you're too hard on Him. look
around--would you?
