I don't know the answer to your first question. Based on what I've read, and please forgive me, because I've read so many articles about this case that I can't cite where I got the information, here are the answers or at least legitimate suppositions to your other questions.
2. Where did the abuse of this girl take place?
At least some of them took place when he took Candace out on field service.
3. Was Jonathan Kendrick married when he abused this girl?
He was convicted of molesting his stepdaughter in 1993. I would hope that his wife would've divorced him for that, but I'm uncertain if she did. Within a few years' time, he moved to the North Fremont congregation where he started to molest Candace.
I hope someone with more details responds to this thread, because I'm curious about the details as well.

Some of you aren't going to like this news, but here goes...
by AndersonsInfo inrick simons, candace conti's attorney, will be interviewed on the six screens of the watchtower conference phone line this evening.
there's a good chance that candace will join in, but that's not set in stone.
the host of the program, rick, told me to tell everybody that he is learning how to calm down and to do better on these conference calls.

I haven't listened to one of Rick's shows in a long time, even before the controversy here on JWN. The shows were too long, and eventually I began to feel that Rick's zeal was misdirected. I hope he has changed his tactics, because despite how crazy he may have seemed, he really wants the Watch Tower to fall.
That being said, I believe the old man with raspy voice, about whom some were commenting on this thread, is more than likely Richard Rawe. If it was indeed him, please appreciate that he has been an opponent to the Watch Tower for longer than some of us have been on this planet. He was fighting the good fight before the internet's common usage and even before the Ray Franz incident. If memory serves me correctly, he was so vocal about the Watch Tower's vileness, that a Broadway play based on his experience was done.
Here is a link with his story: http://www.xjw.com/rawe-df.html

The Watch Tower released a statement after the 2007 lawsuit settlement. It's found here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jehovah%27s_Witnesses%27_handling_of_child_sex_abuse
It reads:
In the United States, over 80,000 elders currently serve in over 12,300 congregations ... During the last 100 years, only eleven elders have been sued for child abuse in thirteen lawsuits filed in the United States; In seven of these lawsuits against the elders, accusations against the Watchtower Society itself were dismissed by the courts.
Let's examine this statement, shall we? Only 11 elders have been sued for child abuse in the last 100 years. First, the elder arrangement hasn't been in place for 100 years. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the elder arrangment wasn't formed until sometime in the 1970's. Second, no one ever claimed that only elders are child molesters. Third, 13 lawsuits had been filed by that time, and accusations against the Watch Tower in seven of the lawsuits were dismissed by the courts. Why is that? Why didn't the Watch Tower explain that in their statement? Could it be because they chose to settle out of court? If the Watch Tower's child molestation policies are so wonderful, why weren't all of the cases against them dismissed?

Two possibilities:
1. He was of the Watch Tower elite that was permitted to go to college.
2. He became a jw or jw friendly after getting his education.

Greetings from Candace Conti
by AndersonsInfo incandace asked me to tell you thank you for all your kind expressions of support.
this really means a lot to her.
she wants you to know that she is coping well with all the stress and excitement, even though she's had years of anger and frustration because of being abused for so long, first by the molester, and then by the wt.

Candace, you did what so many of us didn't know to do. My abuse happened 35 years ago, and it was ignored, and I'm certain covered up by the elders who were advising my mom. It's time that this evil policy be changed, and your actions will be a big part of the reason that they will be changed.

Plaintiff awarded in punitive damages -21M & 1 dollar. Total award, 28M & 1 dollar. Here's more info
by AndersonsInfo inthe plaintiff, candace conti's goal from the very beginning was to bring enough attention to this problem to incentivize watchtower to change its policy of secrecy.
the award can be explained as it was decided: separate compensatory and punitive damages.
the punitive award is established in law to punish wrongdoing - here, the conscious disregard for others - and deter that conduct in the future.

But,so many Witnesses are so naive. They don't know the policies of the organization.
Empty, it's their choice to be naive. And even those who do know the org's policies still choose to follow this vile corporation. When confronted with the Dateline episode and subsequent news articles and broadcasts, my mom claimed it was all Satan's doing. This even after she learned of my molestation and dealt with it the same way the Watch Tower has been dealing with such crimes all along."The elders admonished Kendrick to stay away from children and stripped him of his unpaid role as a ministerial servant, McCabe said, though his fellow congregants were not told the reason and police were not notified.
"The elders watched him after that," McCabe said. "They met with the family, and the family seemed like they were working it out. No one saw him do anything inappropriate after that, or heard anything inappropriate. ...The congregation never put (Conti) in a situation of danger with this man."
"The congregation never put (Conti) in a situation of danger with this man."
She would've never been molested by this man had she not been put in danger by the Watch Tower's policies. After all, she didn't meet this pervert at another church or the park. She met him at the kingdom hall.

by MsGrowingGirl20 init took me a long time to write this....i'm being brutally honest...i am still a reg pioneer...three sundays ago,i was praying and asking god for a sign or something because i was so confused...i told him exactly what i needed to see for me to believe.i was feeling terrible--crying and feeling sick because i was so confused.ten minutes after, i walked into the kingdom hall and to my surprise--my prayer was answered!
i soooo wasn't expecting it, even though i prayed.
