It looks like you've concluded this thread, but I hope you read this one last post. Since you've explained that she refuses marriage counseling and hasn't followed through with finding the right medication for her, I have a few more suggestions. Get legal advice, and start building a case for you to have full custody of the kids. Just because you're a man doesn't mean that you can't be the better parent. A good custody/divorce attorney should be able to guide you on how to prove just that. Better to build a case against her before you leave than wait until later. She may turn on the kids when she doesn't have you to kick around anymore.

Definitely try marriage counseling, and have her get a complete physical to see if she's mentally ill. I'm wondering about the guys who have turned her down. Could it be because they thought she was crazy? Even if your marriage doesn't work, getting something on record about her mental state may help you win custody of the kids.

Glad to hear it! The cardiac rehab will do wonders for you. My husband experienced sudden death on November 22, 2010. He was down for the count a full five minutes before he was revived. After pacemaker replacement and defibulator implantation, he still felt very fatigued. But that cardiac rehab got him up and running again.

UK law changed to allow prosecution of those who stay silent over child abuse
by MMXIV inthe domestic violence, crime and victims (amendment) act 2012 comes into force on monday in england and wales to allow prosecution for those who stay silent over a child's serious physical abuse.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-18638734.
whilst this law was put in place to stop a loophole whereby those who commit child murder claim it was someone else while they just remained silent, this now makes those who do not take steps to stop the abuse equally guilty.. elders who do not take steps to stop or report the serious abuse of minors could face prosecution and 10 years in prison.
it may no longer be good enough to tell the abused or abusers it's their right to go to authorities (per the 2010 elders manual) they now need to take action.. whether criminal prosecutions are brought against elders who masquerade as police, judge, jury and social workers whilst not themselves reporting abuse of a minor will remain to be seen, however the law now exists to make it possible.. any jw child who comes to serious harm where the elders knew about it should ask themselves - could i have stopped this by telling the police?

Now Iam definatly not going to seek any sort of justice over what happened to me as a child, knowing my Mother would also be put in prison for the rest of her life, as she was to afraid to even look my way whist my stepfather would be smashing his fists into each side of my head and kicking me in the stomach.
She couldn't be prosecuted, because the new law wasn't in place when the crimes against you happened.

This reminds me of the last family reunion on my jw mom's side. She's one of 11 children, and only three, (including her), are jws. The vast majority of the younger generations of those three who are jws never were baptized, df'd or faded. Anyway, of the 100 or so relatives who showed up, not one was a jw. And every aunt, uncle, cousin, etc., who I had a chance to talk to, told me how terrible they thought it was that my mom has been shunning me for all these years.
I wasn't disappointed that my mom failed to appear, because I didn't want to see her husband, who was abusive to my brother and me when we were children. But I did feel bad that none of the other jws in the family came. From what I heard, they had permission from the elders to attend, because the whole affair was held at a public venue. If it would've been at a df'd relative's house, then they were forbidden to attend. But it seems my mom is the queen bee in that crowd, so everyone else was afraid to be there, since she chose not to go. It would've been fun to watch the "worldly" relatives watch the jw relatives shun the df'd, faded, and unbaptized jws.

Okay, let me get this straight. You were married to Bill Bowen and left the cult with him, because he discovered the Watch Tower's evil policy of covering up for child molesters. Is this correct? If so, I think your answer should've been to your mom and sister that there are LOTS of bad things to say about Jehovah's organization. There is so much bad that it's difficult to think of anything good to say about that filthy corporation!
WOW! I'm sorry, I know they're your family and all, but don't you think it's creepy that people who were so closely related to the discovery of the child molestation problem remained jws?

The sister tells her they have grown apart and the arguments are daily and becoming violent and she just NEEDS out.
Did they actually mention violence?
