Sin is a invented concept to control us. To even suggest we are born sinning instantly holds us captive and feeling guilty from the day of birth. I have never understood how a newborn who burps, farts, poohs and pees and sleeps is actually sinning? This the stupidest middle eastern barbaric beliefs that infiltrated the world. It's utter Bs..

My Father has brandished me with the "APOSTATE" word for talking about the BIBLE!
by stuckinarut2 inso after three years of fading, my elder father has never really asked why we have chosen to stop attending.. today, after a mixed discussion, he starts talking about the "solution to all the world problems" and says "i don't know what you now believe, but i believe gods kingdom will fix everything" i let the comment go, and didn't respond.. then he goes on about the video "remember the wife of lot" because he just came from the convention last weekend.
"don't get caught up in this system...blah blah".
i couldn't help myself, and said one thing "dad, that video failed to show the next chapter of that account.

now i am part of this world but i feel myself the odd one out.
something inside me is still blocking me to do the things i have been longing to do while i was still a jw, such as attending birthday parties, sex, etc.... just last nite, i was on the way to attend a birthday party.

Are you fucking kidding me? Watchtower must be losing members. I was born in 1975 and I remember the stories my parents told me. They had a calender countdown in their hall. My mother was chastised for being pregnant with me etc etc.
What infuriates me is the down right lies of watchtower '!! And they Want me to go back to them? Yeah right...... I hate them even more now...
