How do you guys know that standing firm won't work
by dawg inso, many of you have rightfully challenged my beliefs that standing firm and telling your families exactly what you feel about the wtbts won't work.... i submit that it doesn't work becasue we don't stand together!
if all of us would stand firm say what we know to be true, do it publically, and not back down then i guarentee you there are many in the congs that want out of this crap and their just too scared to do anything becasue they don't want to lose their families.
in my family there are many that call me privately and tell me they know the wt is a crock of shit but won't stand up against it!

by yesidid init has occurred to me that we xjws may not be taking full advantage of the 1935 gaffe and admission in the may 1 watchtower.. after all this is not just a change of doctrine, it is an admission (although they probably dont realize it), that in 1935, rutherford, their second president made a presumptuous , blasphemous announcement on behalf of jesus christ.
he said, without any authority to do so, that christ had stopped taking people into his kingdom.
rutherford actually took it upon himself to stop people entering the kingdom.

It's been 17 years since I guit being controlled... I've had no one to talk to about it but my "worldly" friends they really don't understand. But recently, my cousin dropped out and he's a musician like me, I've really enjoyed having someone to talk to and he's going to my college which makes it even better. I know where you're coming from though dude, If I were there with you tonight I'd give you a toast. I've been about to drop off a bridge several times... but you know sometimes you just have to sleep on it and things get better in teh morning.
