by Separation of Powers inso, i am talking to a long time friend, you know, the non-judgmental type that doesn't really mind that i don't go to many meetings and am never out in service.
he tells me that the annual meeting is coming up and that the whole congregation is invited...well, at least the active "approved" whole congregation.
he speaks with an excitement that puzzles me, like he just got invited to the locker room of his favorite football team when they won the superbowl.

Jaymes - The thing is, if she's a dyed in the wool JW like my mother was, when you show them sold proof about the Borg, they'll either try to argue with you about it (or just shut down the conversation altogether) or if you give her something to read, she probably won't look at it since it "goes against Jehovah's teachings" . . been there, done that.

i wonder how many dubs are watching tonight and doing the usual, "can you believe such a group exists?

by Farkel in"i'm perfect, you're doomed" by kyria abrahams, 2009, touchstone.. if you want a way to get people out of that horrible cult, easily, quickly and expeditiously, then here is how to do that.. i can say with a vote of confidence that anyone who reads this book will never and i mean never become a dub.
dubs who read it (assuming they have at least one or two brain cells left) will run from their religion like flies on shit when you pour bleach on it and blow it up with dynamite.. toss away crisis of conscience, apocalypse delayed, 30 years a watchtower slave and all those other very nice books and read this one.
i read those and all the other ones.
