Basically, as you and I know, they expressed their shock and anger over the events you shared but then said Jehovah's spirit will prevail and you will see the "correct light" as opposed to those who gave you the bullshit advice.

My uber Dub mom would always mentions how "the worldly religions" baptize their kids as infants and how silly that is, but can a 9, 10, or 11 year old sign a contract or lease or support themselves, Dubs are no different than the "wicked worldly folks" just too damn blind to see it, or, they just make believe they don't see it.

i live in canada and i have income tax receipts from them so i can prove how much i gave them.... anybody ever tried something like that or heard about somebody doing it?
what approach should i take?.

Hey Ecan6 you're a positive thinker, HOWEVER, all that positivity will get you nowhere with all ALL RELIGIONS. You donated on a VOLUNTARY basis, case closed.
To put it in a case closed analogy, you give the bum on the street a some money because he says he's hungry, he takes your money and goes to the liquore store, you volunteered your money, it's not mandatory that you give to beggars, and he gained your money under false pretenses, like all religions do.

JW parents are CRAZY
by Demokan inhello again, for those who don't know me i'm a 15 year old boy.
and recently my mom is displaying symptoms of demensia, she left the stove on today and she yells at us for watching commercials on t.v that are "demonic" because today there was a commercial on television for the new 300 movie and she started yelling at my sister to turn it off, and then i was listening to coldplay as a playlist while doing my school work and she started yelling at me to turn the demonic music off.
she says "demonic" this "demonic" that.

I don't agree with you calling your mom an MFer, but, yeah, I totally agree that moms are batshit crazy, and not just JW moms, JW moms are 10 times worse, my mom would say turn off that musc because of that "worldly beat", unless it's a slow song what song, what song doesn't have a beat? Yup, just loved being raised as a JW . . . . . NOT !!!

Someone mentioned above that if you purchase a blender, go home and find out a toaster is in the box, you return it, TOTALLY different thing with religion.
That goes for all religions not just JWs. A friend of mine donated so much money to the preacher of her choice she was audited. There's a televangelist, TD Jakes that she follows just like the blind dubs follow everything that comes out the GBs mouth. However and surprisingly, she did have receipts.
