  Sign in button not active on firefox

  i'm using firefox and the sign in button is dimmed and does not work when selected.. is anyone else seeing this problem?.

  chrome and ie are both ok..

  I use Firefox on my laptop, no problem(now that another issue that kept me from staying signed in has been fixed)

  I questioned some Mormons today

  as a result of my fading from the jw religion, i have taken an interest in the mormon religion.

  personally i think mormonisim is a bigger con than the jw religion.

  with all knowledge i've been acquiring, i was interested to find out what the followers of the mormon religion knew about the churches history.

  Mormons a bigger con than the JWs?

  Do they flip flop on their teachings like the Dubs do?

  Do they have a similar belief like the generational thing that has changed three or four times?

  Are they trying to phase out their literature from twenty years on down and make believe it never existed?

  I honestly don't know, I'm just asking hoping that someone familiar with their teachings can tell me. Personally I think the Dubs aren't that far behind Jim Jones organization, their followers follow along blindly as his did without question.

  Site issues: Jan 02 Update (Sign In)

  i've deployed a fix for people affected by sign-in issues caused by having multiple accounts associated with the same email address.

  here's how to activate the fix:.

  you must attempt to sign in using the email address associated with your account (not a username) and must have access to that mailbox.. if there are multiple accounts associated with the email address then you will be shown a warning message with the option to have an email sent to repair your account.. the email will contain a link to a page showing all the accounts associated with the same email address and allow you to select the one you want to be active (it will disassociate all the other accounts from the email address).. once you have completed the process then you should be able to sign in as normal.

  Nothing too major, but I've noticed that every time I post something and click on "post reply" it takes a while for it to actually go thru, is it just me ??

  yes, i always check the remember me box, but it's not working more than 24 h ours, at least for me.

  I'm on my laptop and use Firefox

  But, I haven't even logged onto the site on my phone and tablet, but they use Chrome and I read earlier that Simon says Chrome shouldn't cause too many glitches, I'll try to log on to them later on today or tomorrow

  well, the switchover happened - there were a couple of things i had to fix which meant the posting was disabled for longer than i planned but it's now enabled and some people have already posted.. if you have any questions about the new format or suggestions on how to improve it, please post them here.. if you are having trouble signing in or posting then you'll need to email me instead.. many thanks to everyone for their patience during the changeover !.

  How do you get to the place where you can find the topics you posted on?  I clicked on something can't remember where it was since I'm typing this and saw the alphabet, I think it said Users, clicked on S. gave me a list didn't see my name so I clicked next for the next batch of names but it went to all instead of showing users that name starts with S

  "my husband's not gay" a special airing on january 11 follows a group of mormon men who say they are happily married and attracted to their wives but are attracted to men also .

  whhaaaaattt !!!!.

  first of all don't mormons look down on the gay lifestyle, and they also shun members like jws do.. well, all i can say is i'm waiting for jw version of this show, if they're featuring mormons, the dubs must be next !.

  But of course later on, the "truth" always came out about whay they really died from, you know how Jah's happy people like to share every little tidbit of info they learn about someone, as long as it's not about them.

  Laverite - DOes your grandmother have someone taking care of her and can tell them that she's not up to going out? i guess I can understand going to the meetings,that is, if she wants to, but that's insane if someone take her out in field service. My aunt will be 102 on her next birthday and she lived alone until she was 99

  i am perhaps a bit behind on this but i have just listened to " grandma got run over by a reindeer " sung by elmo and patsy .

  it got me to thinking about christmas songs in general ,so i thought a thread about people's favourite christmas songs would be good .

  please share your fave christmas music , a carol or something more modern .to start i will list my best carol as hark the herald and my best ever chart song as santa claus is coming to town by bruce springsteen .
