  If a JW Came To Your Door How Would You Handle It?

  jehovah's witnesses have never come to my door but they have come to my girlfriends door.

  i have coached her as to what to say or ask but it appears that they always seem to come when she's not there.

  .....just curious would you get into it with a jehovah's witness at your door especially if it was someone you did not know?.

  I'd just have to throw them a question like why can you now take blood fractions, or show them the clippings from their own literature where it says those children who were in grammar school in the 60's would not even get to HS because the new system will have arrived by then.

  Guilt trip

  did anyone have other jws try to guilt trip them when they were leaving or if you were making a decision which jws felt was wrong but wasn't unscriptural?

  i'm getting people guilt tripping me to eventually get back with my emotionally, spiritually and mentally abusive husband who i'm separated from.

  i feel sick at the thought of getting back together and putting myself through that nightmare again but i'm being told its what jehovah wants coz he doesn't want families to be apart.

  That's what they do, it's their scriptural obligation (at least in their minds) to do so

  We should be angry of how they're still duping people into believing, while now they can do it sitting on a fold up chair in any subway station while not talking to practically know one all day and still get their time in.

  We should be angry with all the new light, that changes overnight and they just lap it up like hungry dogs with out any thought process like they can now take blood fractions, whatever that is, but it comes from blood, which they are totally against taking

  Still angry when I was growing up and in my teen and young adult years I was not included in the activities that the others were invited too, supposedly because of my lack of interest for da troof and my mother always used to say "well if you were doing what you are supposed to be doing regarding Jehovah you would be invited", yeah, still Hell mad at the young folks in the "only true religion on earth" and their judgmental attitudes..

  of course the religion condemns homosexuality but did you know any gay witnesses?

  i knew some bethelites that were very effeminate and i remember 4 women who were suspected of being lesbians by many in the congregation.

  they eventually moved away and were very vocal against males, especially elders..

  An Active JW Sister Modelling For Me

  since leaving the borg i jumped both feet first into classes i've always wanted to do but was never "allowed" to.

  two of which are life drawing and photography.

  i've been studying for almost two years now and have seen more nude men and women in our classes than i care to remember.. today in the photography studio i was working in with three others (two women, one man) we were told we had a new person modelling for us.

  i"m not home when it airs on cbs in the afternoon so i watch a rerun on ch 55 here in nyc at 8pm.

  I'm watching the show now, this husband ain't exactly elder material to me, seems kinda weak to me. Plus the fact CPS has called on them 7 times? Something is going here.

  The wife got something wrong though, she said the Borg only believes in divorce for adultery and physical abuse? Ha! A wife can go to the Hall with two black eyes and they'll just tell her to pray and go out in service more, and some elders tell the wives it must be their fault if they're getting abused.
