  HELP - my boyfriend's ex called and wants them to reconcile....what to do?

  i've been seeing an amazing man for a few months now.

  i recently found out that before we met, my boyfriend had been thinking about getting back together with his ex-girlfriend.

  (who is going through a divorce of her own right now) they have a two year old son together.. he says that if his child weren't involved, he wouldn't even consider going back to her.

  Resurrection or Truth

  not sure if this has ever been brought up.

  but because of thsi forum and the realization that things said in the jw empire are not true.

  do you still believe in the resurrection hope?

  yes, but, not the wts version of it. i think everlasting life is a gift from god that you have to actively deny. i hope the resurrection does happen, just to see the looks on the faces of the j.w.'s, when a hell of alot more are with them then they thought.

  i'd pay money to watch some pioneer couple try to get into a house they called dibbs on, only to find the owners with them in paradise. THAT WOULD ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bu...bu...but,,,,,i called dibbs get out of here cult boy.

  make the decision easy for him. tell him you need to know your the only one. he can be there for his kid without getting back with the ex. if you truly do have good chemistry and are right for each other, there will be no question. the fact he is even considering it would send me running.

  some of the posts i saw here today put me in mind to ask this question.

  it seems like jws more than most would be or could soon be dependent upon some form of government largesse (medicaid, social security, welfare, food stamps....) far beyond their own contribution to the till, as it were.

  5go, your right, it's not hard to prove, but, just looking at someone walking down the street, and labeling them illegal is wrong. and in america, they do get benefits. often, these benefits are better than tax paying citizens. that's why people are so up in arms about it.

  what made you think they were illegals? just because someone is mexican, or from some other latin america country does not mena they are here illegally. i am totally against illegal immagration, but, i am careful about labeling someone an illegal just because they have brown skin. btw, they are alot of illegals here from europe to. i am proud of my european heritage, but, think these people need to be kicked out too.

  man, i can listen to final cut over and over. it actually helped me through a suicidal period in my life. you have to listen to it from beginning to end. if you skip tracks, it's just not the same. good call nvr.

  insomniac, the pogues, i LOVE dirty old town. nin is from here.

  and everyone that got to see pink floyd, i hate you guys. that is my #1 all time favorite band, but, i didn't get to see them live. i think roger waters is playing a concert somewhere, but, i want the whole floyd experience.

  wow horrible life. your so right, i mean, we have art and culture at every turn. music flows into the street like oxygen. and alcohol flows like water, but you.......you have monopoly. i bow to you. lol
