  i have never posted to the maximum daily post limit (25) since i have been on this board.

  i am working on a 3d illustration and my other computer is slowly grinding it out which makes it inaccessible to me until it's done.

  it has been rendering for 3 hours now and has about another 4 hours before it is finished.

  hey hannibal!! long time, no talk!! we definitely all have to go party again

  i do have to say on, and after, september 11th, i have changed. before that day, i was never scared to get on a plane--i flew quite often and it didn't bother me one bit. three weeks later when my sister was flying to rhode island with her family, i was terrified. terrified that i may never see her, or jim, or the kids again. that it could be them that i would be watching on tv--seeing their pictures flashed up on the screen. duluth isn't a small town, but it's not very large either. when your hospital facility is put on alert and made ready for possible attack and/or providing mass medical care--that's pretty scary. i still get scared say, when our docs who are still active in air/army national guard get called away on short notice for a week, two weeks, sometimes longer. those things all make me nervous and i wonder how much we really know. my guess is it's only the tip of the iceberg. you can't go on living every day in fear, but i'm certainly not as fearless as i once was. and yes, we do have it very good here compared to some other countries around the world. i'm not complaining that we don't. however, i don't want to take steps closer to that here in our country.
