Mr. Flipper here. Has anybody had results talking with believing or non believing relatives or friends about the molestation coverup? I talked with my mom who has been a witness for 55 years and she was quite concerned about the wrongness of what's going on and wanted me to send her the ap news story on it, which I did. Dad is an elder so I have'nt heard from them yet. We'll see. But remember ya'll the more we get this information out to our relatives still in the org. it will get them the facts of what is going on. If we wait too long to tell them, believe me the watchtower society and the governing body will print an article in 5-6 months telling the rank and file members how to view child molestation, how to protect your children, all the while telling members patting themselves on the back that they took care of the molesters and cleaned them out of the organization for the members protection. Remember they are geniouses at damage control, even though being idiotic in their beliefs. So please share your experiences, what you've heard ,or otherwise and let's inform these decieved people before their own leaders tell them what to believe in regards to this issue. Peace to you all, Mr. Flipper

Due To Our Former JW Life, Are Some Ex-JWs Forever Humor-Impaired
by nvrgnbk indo we sometimes suffer from literal-mindedness?.
is there a cure?.

nvrgnbk- Mr. Flipper here. I depend on my sleep deprivation delirium that comes from working 15 hours straight some nights doing my janitorial work. It scares my 22 yr. old son. He thinks I'm going nuts. Sometimes all someone has to do is look at me and I start cracking up with a maniacal , uncontrollable laugh. And I swear, I've never done one drug in my life. Maybe if I did it would calm me down. Sometimes I'll be driving down the road alone , laughing at my own jokes I tell myself. I also talk to myself to keep entertained. I feel so fortunate to be so upbeat in a dog eat dog world and easily entertained. It's GREAT!!!!!!! Whoopee!!! Peace out HA!HA! Mr. Flipper

what was the strangest/worst counsel you recieved from elders ?
by flipper inhaving been in the organization for 30 years, after i got out i reflected on this.
as a teenager i was told to not let my hair grow over my ears because i might stumble other young ones in the congregation.
also, in order to carry the microphones i was told i couldn't wear white socks, had to wear black or dark blue socks.

Hello Mr. Flipper here, was out of town a few days. Mimimal- Elders shouldn't be looking at your skirt length anyway. Tisk, tisk. Avert thy eyes horny elders. Mrs. Smith- Gets pretty bad when elders want to dictate to you your breastfeeding time for your infant. Can everybody say CONTROL, all at once now??? Gordy- So sorry you were treated this way. It shows the lack of qualifications the elders have in dealing with chemical depression. They're such asses to tell you just put a bandaid on it and attend more meeting. That's why they should not be in these authority positions. The things they say can and will affect or infect a person for life. Power corrupts. Peace to you all. Mr. Flipper

Hey You, Dawg, just joking. Mr. Flipper here. After I was dfed in 1998 I watched "The Wall" for the first time, It actually even though it was kind of depressing, it kind of was theraputic in a strange way. I've always been a big Pink Floyd fan too. David Gilmours new one which came out last year called "On An Island" is excellent. Lots of cool guitar work. Peace out to you Dawg. And to all thanks for the comments. Mr. Flipper

Elders ARE idiots!!
by Gill inthis has always been my opinion, even as a 'loyal' jw!
i thought that elders were idiots.
i have only ever known one who has ever had any real education, a solicitor and he was an arrogant twonk, the rest were a pathetic bunch of bullies who 'appeared' to be loving and kind but were infact out to find out the shit about everyone and cause as much trouble for everyone as possible.

Gill- Mr. Flipper here. I definitely agree many of the elders are clones of one another. Likely because they are all controlled by a switchboard at the governing body, making them jump at every beck and call of that body. Sadly, the experiences I have had like many on this board have included being singled out by certain elders who had a vendetta against me because I would voice my opinion, which by the way would be a just opinion on speaking out in someones defense or my own, but it would piss them off, and they came after me. If you have a mind of your own, they definitely feel threatened and they go into attack mode. Weird , weird organization. But they have no hold on me anymore. I'm not intimidated in the least by them , nor do I shudder in fear anymore as I've been out for over four years. I just feel sorry that they can't see how controlled they are. It's quite sad. Peace out. Mr. Flipper

Belncon- That elder just had to remind you he was like worldly guys at one time. Sounds like he was bragging he was a stud or something. Munkafats- Who's gonna rock out with you listening to music in the rurals?? Deer, squirrels, bears, lizards?? Jeez, idiot elders. Spare me.
