The sunni and shiite conflict has nothing to do with sharia law. This meeting is regarding governments under sharia law. The sunni and shiite conflict is primarily in Iraq which is NOT under sharia law. Changes in sharia law will not affect "muslims around the world". Only those living in countries which are under sharia law to begin with.

by greendawn ina senior moslem cleric in saudi arabia has said that during the next meeting of the top religious authorities of the country including the most influential interpreters of the koran they will propose the banning of the death penalty and mutilation prescribed for several transgressions of the koranic law such as adultery and theft.
these not only give islam a bad name in a world which views such punitive methods as barbaric and belonging to a bygone age but they are also contrary to the more tolerant and forgiving spirit of our times.
less drastic penalties will be discussed as for example monetary compensation to the hurt parties.

How do you choose pet names?

luckily my mom gave my cat her name and i like it.. now how would you call this critter if it was yours?.

well, this poor little crearute looks a little crazy. In my experience, men named "Norman" or "Arthur" tend to be a little crazy. So I would go with one of those!
As for how I name a pet: I agree with LovesDubs. I always did that too! I also like to give it a name that reflects how I came about having it or what is resembles to me.

it affects the way he views life and his future the years he has left.like the world is so bad he can't find a place for himself in it a future to invest in.
he is thinking of going back to them they offer the only solution that he can relate to wipe it out ( harmageddon ) and start again its like he needs reprogramming to enjoy life

Absolutely, this is not an easy task either (reprogramming). and it won't necessarily be a quick one either. A lot of reminding needs to be done as was mentioned and a lot of support. what worked for me was total bombardment with the information and when I felt I couldn't take anymore the person bombarding me just pushed harder. this may not be necesary in your friends case but keep it in mind just in case. by avidbiblereader into me there is a definite difference in my generation and the one coming after me, when i graduated you basically had three choices.
military, college or a fulltime job which meant more than 40 and you were expected to grow up, today kids are seen as postponing this for years, it reminds me of the proverbs 29:21 kjv says .
