  Did you ever love Jehovah more than anything else?

  you know that the wts teaches you're supposed to love jehovah above all else including your kids/spouses/parents.

  Newbies should beware of this one!!

  They try to get you thinking it will be a while till you can ever love god as much as they do!

  And its another ploy to get you even deeper and deeper till you cant get out.

  Deception on a very personal level - as if thy have a greater love for god than you do??

  Frequently deluded by their own family cliques who all think they are 'WT ROYALS'

  Its why I laugh every time I take a !)ump and especially the laughing faces in the waste material - everyones a WT puppet flushing their rotting neurons where only they can go.

  Book study reminiscing - what was your memorable bookstudy experience.

  i must admit to feeling a bit nostalgic, sentimental now about the loss of the good old home book study arrangement.

  there are many rather pleasant memories coming to the mind of various homes i attended for the book study.

  i can still remember vividly most of them.. it had a warm, convivial, family feel about it.

  Being at a 'sisters' house who was expert at playing the host but behind your back kniving with agendas, and 'WatchTower Corectness' ! Effectively subliminally and relentlessly feeding conflict where it previously were dissipating. Real WT stallwart!

  Plus the hum dinger about some Biblical trumpet blasts and how one of then was surely this talk in England in the 30s and how all JWs were proud god showed his truth through them through trumpets like that one! Erm.... and the hostess never flinched - whether she agreed or not she new when to lie down and think of England!

  So many sweet company JWs misleading newbies by their very essence and party line witnessing.

  did you ever get to a point where you realised the elders are collectively deceiving you and your children from your own lives?.

  a point where their claims not to lie were greatly surpased by their collective deception of tying your reality into knotts?.

  in fact much as they claim the original sin was constructed - a deception and not a straightforward blatent lie!.

  An active organised motion to undermine you as deserving of your own, by ones who have no place in your family?

  People meddling with others lives to keep any heat of their own!

  I got to a place where I was partly in touch with my inner self based upon some eroneous logic and deceptive reasoning which caused much pain as the veil of absolute truth about the deception of the whole JW organisation became known to me.

  They absolutely deceive by concealing truths and demonising / creating lepers out of those who can help you see this.

  Can love = ego?

  it seems to me that some of us have an idea that the meaning of life is to find true love = a soulmate partner.. but is this a western ego sold to us by romanticism?.

  is it a part of the natural worlds human charactersistic?.

  is it a bit of each and attainable only by the 'natural selection' within our speceis?.

  What was the "Most" embarrassing Moment in your life...?

  mine was a few years ago, .

  my mother and i had went out to eat at a buffet restaurant...we went to fill our plates.

  I've never been so embarassed whilst completely alone.

  That feeling repeated on me more times than I can ever remember so it must have imprinted in my psyche pretty deeply!

  And moving to a 'next stage' (with any girl I really was drawn towards) became like a weirdest feeling = like I felt when my hero died (dad) never to return. And amazingly I never have been in love with a woman I have been with = like they're out of reach!

  So mmmmm??? Odd reality that!

  I imagine others have similar recurring nightmares as a result of specific events?

  I have so many!

  One was when I was in the arms of a girl I was infatuated with ( I was about 13/14) and for about the severalth time just froze and couldn't kiss her! She walked off for good! I just stood for ages in a surreal stone stance wishing dad was around!

  Like my everything wanted to so much but my whole body went into one of thoise bad dreams where your in front of goal with an open net after dribbling past half the opposing team and your foot just won't move and everyone is let down!

  Yup - I never ever recovered from it - even to this day.

  I Feel Lost

  i'm a jw in good standing.i was born a jw.my dad was an elder for about 15 years but he stoped going to the hall about 3 years ago.but i have doubts about the org.basically i don't think that we are living in the end,i don't think the earth will ever be a paradise.it really don't seem logical to me.anyway i feel like i'm having an inner fight between what i was raised to be and what i now believe.the only reason why i still go to the meeting is because of my mom and husband.i came here because i think that everyone here can help me.
