  JW Ideal candidates for Life Insurance?

  i am not a jehovah's witness, although i do respect your religion entirely.

  i am 27 years old, and live in minnesota.

  i have an older cousin, who's mother (not with my uncle -separated when my cousin was a baby) had been a witness, grew up in your word, and about 12 years ago she fully converted.

  schnell , when i converted to the JW`s in 1960 I was an eager couldnt get enough of the material I was absorbing for about 18 months then I had a hiccup where I was a bit stumbled for a short time by people.

  The presiding overseer and his brother the assistant overseer both a prominent family in this congregation were both insurance salesmen .

  I was inactive for a couple of months and recieved a visit from the PO who tried to sell me life insurance and he didnt succeed ,a few weeks later his brother the assistant PO came and intimated that his brother might have been a bit full on in trying to sell me life insurance and he was being a bit more subtle ,but still trying to sell me life insurance, Both of them doing this because they thought I had given completely away what I thought was the truth.

  Weeks later I was in another congregation and another congregation and another congregation in another state and 33 years later I woke up .

  Why didnt I wake up with the PO and also his brother , trying to sell me life insurance because they thought I had given the religion away ?

  This guys been on the run since 2005 ? I cant believe he is still at large.I thought American and Canadian Law Enforcement Agencys were better than that.

  scratchme1010 , thats a point maybe they should be looking at all the KH`s in both countrys .

  What you would need to do is approach Jw`s individually by whatever means you find to identify them .As pointed out the organisation will be no help to you here,

  And I wouldnt hold my breath in thinking you are going to make a killing or even enough to put food on the table selling life insurance to a JW.

  No bona fide JW is going to buy life insurance , no way .Armageddon is always just around the corner so no need for life insurance.

  In fact being a JW is in itself life insurance ,this system cant last more than 5 years ,why do I need life insurance ?

  If I happen to die I will be resurrected ,why do I need life insurance.?

  You obviously have little or no knowledge of the beliefs of Jehovahs Witnesses.

  Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere because you will have no success their.

  Good luck with your career.

  The Judiciary System here in Victoria Australia is under much scrutiny from the general public due to the Police doing their job in bringing offenders to justice and the law courts treating the perpetrators with kid gloves and putting them back on the streets bailing them out sometimes time and time again to reoffend.

  firstly thanks to cofty & smiddy for the kind words on my " final post" .

  this post is simply to say over two months have passed since my last post and since then i have with my wife and son seen elton john live, visited stockholm, berlin, and most importantly appreciated " the natural beauty of my neighbourhood" with out even thinking about the watchtower.

  i have also attended 3 watford football matches with my son and made better relationships with my parents, discovered harvey's draught beer and made new friends in my local pub.

  That is good news to hear The Rebel , the fact that you ,your wife and son are all in a good place enjoying a normal happy life together doing things as a family that you all want to do ,not something that is imposed upon you by a mind control group doing what they want you to do.

  I can relate to you enjoying watching a football game with your son , enjoying a beer or 2 or 3 or more (heaven)

  As another poster often says " A successful life outside JWism is the best answer to them " or something like that.

  And making a better relationship with your parents is a great outcome also.

  back in the "good old days", i would look for people in my territory, especially ministers in order to debate the trinity with them.

  it was my pet subject that i had spent many hours over several years researching.

  i was such a good anti-trinity apologist that i was actually disappointed with the trinity brochure when it came out.

  It is dishonest for them to say the word was "a" god that is not what the original text says in their KI.

  Are they beating us ???? According to Matt. 24:48..

  it occurred to me the other day...the society is loading us up on all types of ways to reach others....jw.org, all types of literature, all types of different ideas, maybe you could use the tools jehovah gave us this way or perhaps you can use it that way, maybe you can volunteer, maybe you can go where the need is greater, maybe you can give more $$$, maybe you can give more time, maybe you can look at how you can be in the ministry more, maybe you can meditate more, maybe you can do this or that for your family study, maybe you can talk to a seasoned witness & find out how they.....& i know there are tons of other things maybe we can do....or yes, forgot this one, maybe you can quit your job....then maybe you can get some rest, because you can't serve jehovah when you are tired.

  how can you get more rest if, you don't have no money to live indoors...anyway, with all these maybe's we can do..... it came to my mind that the gb isn't here as of yet & it seems the org.

  is pressing the friends for bible studies...they are saying....we are giving you all these tools & so why are you not getting bible studies or return visits...it's almost as if they are brow-beating us...do more because the society has given you more...it's not us, folks just ain't listening to us at the door any more....they are not even opening up the door.

  A Believer , just how successful are JW`s preaching in mainland China ,and I`m not just talking about pockets of main cities here , and the same in these other countrys I name .

  Indonesia , Jordan ,Iran ,Quatar , India ,Pakistan , Syria ,Turkey , Israel , Palestine , Just to name a few .

  The only success JW`s have had is poaching off what Christendom has already accomplished in converting these people with their missionarys of long ago.

  Over 100 years of " witnessing" and they have made no inroads to speak of in Muslim countries , that also have a basis for belief in the old Testament Bible.

  Islam has a foundation in the Bible similar to Jews and Christianity , yet Jehovahs Witnesses have made little progress in either of these faiths ,Muslims and Jews in over 100 years of witnessing.

  And that failure to make any inroads while Jesus Christ is directing his earthly congregations since being enthroned in his kingdom since 1914-1919

  What will humans look like in 1000000 years?

  ok, the bible is a fascinating book of fairy tales, so we move on..e. zolfagharifard, some guy states "humans will be very different creatures in just 1000 years from now due to climate change,artificial intelligence and genetic mutations are all set to transform our bodies in drastic ways.

  a mixture of biology and machine on the inside.

  this is only 1000 years from now, what the hell will humans look like in 100000 years????
