JW Stand On Concealed Carry

if a jw wanted to get a concealed carry permit, would the society have any moral or ethical problems with it?

in other words, if one of your elders noticed you were carrying concealed, would they be apt to just ignore it or would they counsel you on it?

Your talking about a gun permit here ? If the law of the land says it`s OK to have a permit to carry firearms , I can`t see how any JC could argue against it.

It`s a precaution against lawbreakers and a protection for you and your family , and it`s legal.

If the WT argued against that , would they also have a problem with you having a baseball bat under your bed ?

to protect your family against an intruder ?

You have the right to defend yourself and your family.

If you live in America , the Constitution is your saviour , WT / JC cant argue against that .

Throw that in their face.

my recent escape from a home beloved was of sheer and unqualified necessity.

my people and i have been overtaken by a scorpion race of alien malefactors whose intent towards us is not one of beneficent intervention, but that of utter conquest.. if it were only the mere subjugation of a weaker species, we might have acquiesced, although begrudgingly.

however, the terrifying reality enjoined upon us proved to be the conquerors' brusque insistence that their insatiable hungers be satisfied with our quailing flesh.

it seems like it's taking forever to hear any updates related irwin zalkin's child abuse case in ca, as well as australia royal commission updates.

trey bundy hasn't been writing any articles re: jw's recently either.

i worry that he may have lost interest in our cause.

I guess it`s like anti-wtnessing isn`t it,.We do it on here and we should do it wherever the opportunity presents itself .you never know what seed is planted or wherever it will grow.

Whenever Jehovah`s Witnesses are in the news for whatever reasons is a good time to put in your two cents worth about them.

As far as the ARC is concerned , we just have to be patient , as steve2 says "wheels of justice grind slowly" and as I said before , do not expect any results on the ARC before mid 2017

Maybe somebody else in the USA can comment on Irwin Zalkins Child abuse case in CA and how it is progressing , and any other cases that are before the courts in the USA .or elsewhere for that matter .

Rev. 14 :19-20 just goes to prove that Jehovah is a blood thirsty God , doesn`t it .

He wasn`t satisfied with Cains sacrifice of the first grain of the harvest , no , he approved Abels blood sacrifice .killing one of his animal creations . { Isn`t their something wrong with that picture ? }

Thousands , no , I think millions of animals and birds were sacrificed as blood offerings to appease the Almighty Jehovah God in the first 4000 years till Jesus Christ.

On the one hand he makes laws protecting the safeguard of animals under the Mosaic Law , then on the other hand he has them slaughtered as a blood offering to himself .

Does his right hand know what his left hand is doing ?

I remember this talk , however looking back now ,

1 . This is the second time JW`s set a date for the end of 6000 years of human history .The first time they said 6000 years of human history ended was towards the end of the 1800`s

2 . Jesus Christ was King of the Jews at his crucifiction .

Jesus Christ was enthroned as King invisibly in 1914 .

This video suggests that Jesus Christ would start his Kingdom rule of a thousand years after / during the expected happenings of 1975

3 . Do Jehovah`s Witnesses even have a clear understanding of what this all means ?

4 . Jesus was a King in name only in 33 C.E.

5. Jesus is a King in name only in 1914

6 . Jesus is still waiting for his Kingship of a thousand years to begin ? !
