When I left JW, there was about 8000 who enjoyed the symbols. 8 years ago. A few months ago, a witness wrote, that there was 8000.
Last night I read that another witness said, that there is about 5000.
So I thougt, that I would show him what the other witness said a few month ago, and ask him, if it is him or his brother, that is a lyer.
He is hardcore JW. And no matter how many times I show him links from the 10 of May, he says that there are no molesters in JW. He is incredible.

i was looking over some of the archives in "the best of" section of jwd and found some very important quotes of the watchtower that may be of use to all.

Could you please explain this a litle more for me. I am not that good when it comes to read the literature in english. There are a witness that wrote yesterday, that if we could find anything in their magazines that did,nt compare to the bible, he would quit right away.
I think that maby this is something that he needs to read. But I have to translate it to danish.

I think that people who are not related to JW, does'nt have any interest in writing anything, which I can understand. A few does but not many.

the recent news articles about jws giving birth to premature twins in quebec last week and premature sextuplets in bc back in january 2007, it occurred to me that these children are not jehovah's witnesses.
the parents are.. the parents, as jws, do not believe in infant baptism such as practiced by the catholic church or any other church.
there are no naming ceremonies as is commonplace in jewish tradition that welcome a newborn into the culture and into the spiritual family.
This is exactly what I have been "screaming" about in a danish web-page. The childreen who died, because of their JW-parents dicission, not to give them blood, did'nt never get the chance to choose for them selfes. Maybe they wanted to be an atteist or catholic or something else, when they grew up.
It's so unfair, that they never got that choice.
There are nothing good at all, being a child of JW. Sitting still for hours at the Kingdom hall, be different at school, no hollidays celebrating, and so can we go on.
Lets get that tower closed.
I get so angry, when I think of this. When I was a litle girl, I suffered a lot, because I could not go to birthdays partys. So much that I stole money from my mother, so I could give a present, and lied to both my parents so I could go there and celebrate the party. I told them that we only were going to play.
Many childreen suffers in the same way. No joy. I remember that there was a time, where you could celebrate you baptism, and recieve presents, but that was also forbidden. Because you must not feel proud of you self, only humaliation. Like a litle grey mouse.
And I think, that celebrating a birthday only is a tribute to God, because he is the reason that you were born. When you celebrate birthday, you show God how gratefull you are for live. And I as a mother, shows how gratefull I am for my childreen.
JW has closed every dor to joy and happyness, for the childreen, the youth, and the grown ups.
Lets all do what we can, to open those dors again.

You are absolutely right. There is a very few sites where non ex-witnesses have been writing about witnesses and their scandals.
But I found an article, where Kimberly Norris are talking about the child-abuse within JW. Posted that to her, with a link from BBC, where Bill Bowen are interwieved.
And then I wrote that, when Kimberly Norris say's that she stop counting by the number of 2000 clients, it has to proff that the cases has not been solved. And about the gagorders and all the other stuff. Others has been writing and complimenting me for the post, so I think it's okay.
And I know she will answer back, she always does. I also wrote that when Bill Bowen left the witnesses because he disacreed with the policy about abuse, he has more justice in him self that the JW, and therefore more like, what God think is justice.
So let's see what she will answer. She is difficult, because sometimes she is not like a normal JW and other times she is.

about children who have died, because their parent refused to give them blood.
it's awfull.. but what i am thinking about, does anybody know what become of any of those parents?

It's was so sad to read about that family. Poor wife and daughter. What a tragedy. And a violent man. I was thinking why did'nt the wife leave him, with the childreen. Today it's okay to leave a husbond, if he is violent. But there are so many stories in the world, just as sad as this. If the watchtower was right, that would be wonderfull, with a paradise. Where such things did'nt happen.
I have often thougt after leaving JW, well what now, no hope. But there is hope. There is a meaning with life. Just need to find it. :) No joke, I don't know what to belieave now. Time will show. I sure hope, that the daughter has recovered and are doing fine.
I just want to tell you, that I am trying to help. But it's so difficult rigth now here in Denmark, because the ex-witnesses does'nt contact me. But I am not that vissible either yet. I have to think about my mother, I am afraid to disappoint her. She is almost 83. But I have to go public, when the scandinavian cooperation comes up running. But then she will know before. She shall not hear about it in the news.
But else, I am doing all I can do, at this moment.
