  June 12th is tomorrow, are you ready for armageddon?

  isn't tomorrow armageddon?

  i think i'll sleep late just in case... an elder called my friends house and said that armageddon was almost certain to come this year; an urban myth stated that it would be tomorrow.

  i guess i'll wait to make that car payment.

  Uh no. As eclipse has already pointed out, the NWT is not a real bible.

  I agree with them because it has been shown to me from jehovah himself

  Do some research and find out for yourself, not with just their publications but research others as well. Compare other bibles. Don't just take their word for it, they don't like anyone reading publications they didn't produce. They say it will lead you away from jehovah, what is the real reason?

  yes the governments will say finally peace and security and then the end will come so we know that has'nt happen yet so there will be some things that are yet to happen before armageddon.

  Don't you ever feel you are doing this? Or perhaps this? How long has armageddon been just around the corner? There are people on this board who were led to believe it would happen before they finished high school that are now grandparents. Meanwhile the GB has been doing this...

  When we were changing the CO code, I changed the code to 1-9-7-5. They did not see the humor of that.... I wonder why....they changed it back to 4-1-9-1.

  My old KH was one of those cheapa*s (purchased at a thrift store) alarms that had wireless sensors and the keypad/alarm was hung on the wall and plugged into the outlet!....hmmmm ,...guess only the stupidest burglar would not figure out to turn off the loud alarm, all they have to do is UNPLUG THE ALARM?? (which is usually how I shut off the alarm...could not remember the code....oh yeah... 1-9-1-4)

  My KH had one of those as well, the caretakers were forever forgetting the code and just unplugging the thing, made me wonder why they bothered with it in the first place....

  this is a fun question that i like to pose in social settings.

  regardless of who your significant other is, i've found that people have a definite preference for hair color.

  what i found even more interesting is that people usually preferred a hair color different than their own.

  I remember another one, first there is an actual dubs vision of what the new world order would be like (in diary form), then a more realistic account of what it would be like in the NWO. Been hunting for it, can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

  Another news story today on abuse settlements...

  a friend of mr f heard a story on kfbk sacramento radio news a little after 8 this am...3 people in woodland ca received their settlement money, and 7,000 others have come forward with accusations.

  i can't find it anywhere - does anyone know about this?

  Is this the same 7000 that have contacted SilentLambs since 2001? I remember reading something to that effect. It's certainly not hard to believe there would be 7000 victims out there seeking compensation. What do they think of their 2 witness rule now?
