I thought that consenting to a transfusion has the end result of what the WTS says of you "disassociating yourself" based on your actions? Am I correct?

Congregation consequences if consenting to transfusion
by 4mylove inhubby and i were watching a show on one of those health channels.
i believe there was a thread here a few months ago about a gentleman that had a huge hemangioma on his face.
long story short, he is finding it difficult to find a surgeon willing to operate with out him consenting to blood.

It feels great to do what YOU want to with your time isn't it?
Let them murmur....
It's your future that you're preparing for, and how many of the JWs will be taking care of you or paying any of your bills later down the road?
Keep up with those studies, it will pay off big in the long run.

78 degrees was the high here in Arkansas. It was a bit humid but bearable. It's alot better right now that it was earlier. I feel like taking a cruise around town right about now.

Alarming statement in today's study article in WT...
by Mickey mouse inparagraph 15: "as we get nearer to the outbreak of the great tribulation, we may well receive some detailed instructions.
our safe journey through those troublesome days will depend on our keeping in step with other loyal servants of jehovah.
" this in the context of a wt discussing the israelites' exodus from egypt and how jehovah had them into a position where there seemed "no way out".

These possible "detailed instructions" are what some of the local have thrown in my face to get me back to meetings.
Silly me thought that Christianity was supposed to be refreshing as Jesus said it would be, something that gives you joy......not about fear.
One sister even told me last week that each meeting I miss is putting me in danger of being cut off from "The Spiritual Ark", and that i'm missing information vital to life. From what I understand it's the same mindless drivel that's always been presented.
