  wtbts date of incorporation?

  i've searched for over 2 hours now for a thread here i read within the past 2 weeks - that stated a date (in the 1920's i think) that the wtbts legally became incorporated - 501(c)3. my connection is v-e-r-y slow and i can't find it - can someone help?

  need help finding speech

  i'm trying to find the bethel graduation speech given by - i think - fred franz, wherein he disassembles the wt ideology of a centralized 'governing body' in the first century.

  i've tried the search function, but must not be wording it right.. i hope you know what i'm looking for - i'm sure i've read it here, or maybe by a link from here.. thanks in advance for your help!

  Need 4/1/09 Watchtower Scan - Purty Please?

  if anyone can oblige me, please - i will be soooo grateful!.

  i need scans of the "born again - what does it mean" series of articles in the april 1, 2009 watchtower magazine, pages 3 through 12.. i found audio files at jw.org, but need to be able to print it out.

  i unsuccessfully downloaded something from that site - windows wouldn't open it after it was done.

  Sueing the WTBTS

  does anyone know --- has anyone ever successfully sued the wtbts after being disfellowshipped and losing the natural affections of their family, as per wtbts directions to 'shun'?

  i guess it would be 'alienation of affection' or something else... i don't know.

  i'm lucky to have had no family members in the cult - but i've read horrendous stories of the effects disfellowshipping has had on others - lives effectively ruined by losing mates, children, parents, friends, jobs, homes... suicides, murder/suicide - all devestating results of the cult's edicts.

  3/08 Awake!: Is There One True Religion?

  a dear old jw couple who are like an aunt and uncle to me, sent it in the mail.

  the note said, in particularly to my husband, which i thought odd since he's never feigned the slightest interest, ""we thought you'd find pages 3-9 of interest, "is there one true religion".

  we both feel that the decision we made (a zillion) years ago in choosing a way of worship was the correct one.

  Billy Squire trivia ?

  my daughter and i were discussing some of the popular songs that've been remade recently - seems like they're running out of new material - lol.

  anyway - rascal flatts remade the song 'life is a highway' that's on the disney movie 'cars' soundtrack.

  i said billy squire sang the original back in the early 80's --- but dd said she doesn't think so, but couldn't say who did.

  i've searched 'bible research and study articles' for a couple of days(dial-up - s-l-o-o-o-w!

  ) and can't find it - i know it's here somewhere - not too long ago it seems... there was a post from someone(s) that showed the society has claimed at least 6 different returns.

  Demons in my Tupperware?

  hi ya'll - this subject might've been addressed before, but i missed it if it was.

  my daughter and i were talking the other day about how it's taught by the witnesses that anything one might buy from a yard sale, garage sale, or ebay(lol) - could be 'infected' with demons.

  when dd was studying, the sister told her a first-person account that a tupperware bowl she'd bought at a garage sale that supposedly wreaked havoc in her home - she was physically attacked by an incubus-type demon - and it all stopped when she threw away that plastic bowl.. perhaps the best defense against them is indifference... i don't know.
