And the solution is to give away all your money to some greedy entity that works to enslave all of us? And waste all of our business-creating, food-buying time spreading coronavirus door to door? They are part of the problem, not the solution.

And why not start a business to manufacture items that are being throttled by the big companies? True, they have virtually all the description terms describing their products trademarked to restrict the competition (this needs to be put to a stop--they need to have people countersuing for using this to throttle production of vital products). I mean "Select A Size"--all the synonyms are trademarked? They need to punish the companies that are throttling production of these products by allowing these description terms on the public domain and countersuing the big giants for throttling production. Maybe then we will get toilet paper and paper towels back on the shelves on a permanent basis. If Kleenex goes out of business for this, so what.
We need these products back. How many companies make bleach? What about hand sanitizer? Disinfectant wipes and spray? How hard is it to make 91% isopropyl alcohol? (That is what rubbing alcohol is.) Even dish soap, laundry detergent, and regular soap is getting hard to find, long after the panic buying and hoarding has subsided. And, if Proctor & Gamble doesn't like it, too bad. Lysol and Clorox also need a painful lesson that, if they don't produce their products to replenish the shelves, someone in a garage is going to start making them and putting them on our store shelves. If they are as good as the big brands, these big companies might find themselves out of business. And I wouldn't mind seeing a new era where there are 80 brands of soap that are actually made by 80 different companies.
And Walmart? They can try bullying everyone by not carrying said products. I wonder how long it will take Walmart to go out of business if their toilet paper and hand sanitizer shelves remain empty because they refuse to buy from independent companies that refuse to sell out, while all their competitors and small shops have plenty of disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer. Will customers continue shopping Walmart for empty shelves if stores like Publix, Wegmans, Raleys, and smaller independent stores that could become the next Wegmans or Publix have plenty of these items with stable supplies and no purchase limits?
Yes, there are plenty of business opportunities--and they need to make an executive order that enforces antitrust laws already on the books. No more using trademarks to prevent independent businesses from displacing Kleenex, Lysol, and Proctor & Gamble. No more having Walmart dictating who gets to sell products. It is time for small independent businesses to start creating these essential products, providing jobs for those working in those areas. And while they are at it, start working on generic drugs to treat these viruses, along with supplements that actually work to prevent people from getting sick. Yes, it is harder to produce a zinc formula that works than a hand sanitizer. But again, they need to lose patent protection on our key nutrients so the smaller entities can get in so we can have zinc and vitamin C back on our shelves instead of decades- or centuries-long shortages.

I am agreeing with Trump on the need to Nationalize issues that affect the entire nation.
by RubaDub ini'm generally not a trump fan but i do agree that things that affect the entire country should be handled in a centralized manner.
trump is stating that he will dictate when the states can open up again.
many governors, dems and reps, are fighting that saying that they have the power, not the president.

And what about enforcing laws already on the books? Such as laws against companies that collude and create ongoing shortages of critical supplies so they can have us under martial law and RFID chipped? There are only three paper companies that collude to create ongoing toilet paper, facial tissue, and paper towel shortages. Hoarding is responsible for creating the shortage, but these three companies are responsible for keeping it going. And their PR videos documenting (using outdated footage) how they are making more mean nothing. If they are making so much toilet paper and facial tissue, why don't I see more on the shelves?
This problem is everywhere. How many companies are responsible for ALL of our bleach, disinfectant products, hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, and general cleaning supplies? Why are they not putting more on the shelves? People panic buying and hoarding may have created the shortage in the first place, but these companies have put all their efforts in displaying months- or years outdated footage of production lines instead of putting products back on the shelves. People do not have the money to waste eternally buying toilet paper, bleach, and disinfectant products. Once they get their 20 packs of toilet paper, where are they going to put the 21st pack? And where are they going to put their 51st case of bleach or disinfectant spray?
We already have the law on the books to break up these collusions. They need to be enforced.

Disunited States of America?
by jwleaks inrecognizing that their states have one integrated regional economy, delaware governor john carney, new york governor andrew m. cuomo, new jersey governor phil murphy, connecticut governor ned lamont, pennsylvania governor tom wolf, and rhode island governor gina raimondo today announced the creation of a multi-state council to restore the economy and get people back to work.
this announcement builds on the states’ ongoing regional approach to combatting the covid-19 pandemic.. the coordinating group – comprised of one health expert, one economic development expert and the respective chief of staff from each state — will work together to develop a fully integrated regional framework to gradually lift the states’ stay at home orders while minimizing the risk of increased spread of the virus.. https://news.delaware.gov/2020/04/13/governor-carney-and-five-governors-announce-multi-state-council-to-get-people-back-to-work-and-restore-the-economy/.

Whatever happened to the constitution? Yes, we have a pandemic that can in fact kill people. It usually kills the sickest, and among healthy people some 90% won't even know they have it. But, it's the shortages, fights, and panic that is going to kill more people--including healthy people. Having an economic depression is going to kill more people than even the most pessimistic coronavirus estimate.
Not to mention, the coming communism pandemic is even worse than the depression. That will ensure that 100% of the population will either die or be confined to live in misery. And they will eventually be replaced by reptilians. In this light, the coronavirus is downright wimpy--and got even what it was because of censorship, political correctness, and communism.
To that end, let's have our constitution be the ruling document. No bibles, talmuds, qurans, torahs, or other documents that are geared to communism. No political correctness (where in the Constitution is that supposed to be there?). None of this hiding behind "hate speech". Is it "hate speech" to want our species and races to live on instead of having us all enslaved and eventually replaced by a parasite species?
And no more catering to specific foreign nations. The governors of each state need to abide by the Constitution of the country that the state belongs to, not to some alien agenda. And why is Israel so favored? Does everyone have a policy to help Germany? New Zealand? Japan? The Congo? I don't think so. Cutting Israel out of our budget, except for Israel itself, and helping your own country would help with finances. And the UN simply has to go--all they do is impose globalism on the whole world. Instead, let each nation adhere to its own constitution--and communism simply has to go, whether it be in China, New York City, or the whole world.

2020-04-10 Congregation Donations by Electronic Funds Transfer!
by Atlantis inwell as usual, the watchtower wants to make sure the rank & file keep the money coming in.

They can take their donations and shove them. The washtowel deserves absolutely nothing. And especially now, when so many are out of work and food shortages are in progress. I believe that Round 2 of the food shortages is soon to begin, just as people think they are getting back to normal.
The priorities are obvious. Making sure your rent or mortgage are paid is important, since it is only a matter of time before you get foreclosed or evicted if not. You need something to eat--since when have you seen jesus miraculously feeding anyone? Yes, it is too late to prepare before limits on items are in place, but you can still get your one or two bags of rice now before they are totally and permanently gone. You can also get one or two jars of peanut butter at a time, one or two boxes of pasta, a can or two of vegetables and fruits, pasta sauce, and condiments to make it less tedious. But, the calories and protein are most important. Without those, you will not survive.
Cleaning supplies are also important. Most of the antibacterial stuff is gone (and I believe will stay gone), but you can still get a few different items. Glass cleaner, regular kitchen and dish cleaner, laundry detergent, and good old fashioned soap are still in supply, albeit with purchase limits. Get your limit now, while there is still time. No, glass cleaner will not sanitize anything. But it will help with grease.
Do you need clothing? And I do not mean suits and dress items. I mean basic clothing. I would rather have a few garments from L.L. Bean instead of garbage ones from walmart. Use that stimulus check for this--the better clothing will last you longer than the walmart special, and it will cost you what you would have donated to joke-hova. And, your clothing will still be in good condition when this improves (or when you are all RFID chipped, branded, and enslaved--which will happen if too many people continue putting faith in that stupid bible).
You might also invest in simple equipment in case of blackouts. Those NiMH batteries and chargers are a good investment, since they will last you for many years. And those basic tools--an adjustable wrench, locking pliers, channel lock pliers, and the most common screwdrivers help you depend more on yourself.
But, the last thing you want is to be donating money to an organization that wishes to harvest your energy to enslave the whole world. We already have a communism pandemic starting, which is way worse than the coronavirus pandemic or even the shortages and panic that is coming to a city near you. They are going to make it so you need your coronavirus vaccination (complete with RFID chip and poisons added) to do anything. Do you wish to donate toward making it even worse?

Mind Numbing

They hate the government so much, yet they depend on it for help. They give so much to the washtowel instead of self-helping. Couldn't they have used the funds instead to stock up?
This is why so many are in need. Back in late 2019, your $20 donation could have bought you a silver Eagle, or a small handful of silver coins (where today, despite much lower spot prices, there is a severe shortage and high premiums on such). The amount of gas you wasted in field circus in December 2019 or January 2020 could have bought some basic groceries. Back then, a 20 pound bag of rice would cost you around $12, without purchase limits. You could get a 40 ounce/1.2 kg container of peanut butter for under $6--store brands, which are usually as good, are well under that. You could have bought 24 cans of store brand vegetables for around $20 (or less), with no purchase limits, back in December 2019 instead of donating that money. A "family pack" of canned chicken or tuna was affordable--two packs instead of throwing the money away. One suit dry cleaning could have bought you 10 cans of store brand pineapple (the big cans, not those tiny cans), again with no purchase limits.
If they had been a bit farther ahead, they could have bought some basic tools instead of giving money to this worthless cause. The basic screwdrivers I recommended cost less than one suit dry cleaning, and even a simple adjustable wrench (and I mean quality items, not the cheap Chinese junk at walmart) would have been about what they waste on gas for a week of field circus. I could buy a complete set of basic tools, again top quality tools, for about what they wasted going to the Grand Boasting Session in 2019 (this includes the 4 most common screwdriver sizes, a pair of Channel-Lock pliers, a pair of locking pliers, an adjustable wrench, and a hammer).
Or, they could have a blackout kit ready. How much does it cost to get a decent battery charger, a supply of NiMH batteries, and the flashlights or lanterns for this? With the money they wasted donating toward one of these a$$emblies, they could have had a name-brand 4 bay NiMH battery charger, 6 D batteries (low self-discharge NiMH), 16 AA NiMH batteries, 16 AAA NiMH batteries, one lantern that uses D cells, one headlamp that uses AAA batteries, and the Fenix LD22 that uses AA batteries. Is that better than relying on the government for help?

Anyone from Florida
by Fadeaway1962 inhi just had a whatsapp from a family member regarding a ldc zoom meeting in florida that sysco had a truckload of refrigerated foods from the cruise ships, called the witnesses palm beach and miami the food was donated for free.. many bro's are having trouble finding food , but jehovah always supplies and takes care of his people.. is this more fake news?.
if this is true i doubt they will share with their neighbours..

More lies. They never have anything to verify these stories--and this is far from the first case of where joke-hova provided for its own without caring about everyone else. What about during the hurricane disasters of the past few years? Haiti? Plenty of earthquakes? Or, when someone seems to "out of nowhere" find a decent paying job where jobs are scarce? (Especially after walking out on a job where the employer asked them to do something against their religion.)
And, even if they did get the supplies or the job, what is to say that Satan didn't supply it to ease the situation on the people? And, joke-hova gets the credit? Just goes to show the evil of joke-hova and its crowd--give joke-hova credit when Satan provides relief yet blame Satan when joke-hova creates stupid hardships. Besides gloating about how people that were not part of the same religion (which also believe they alone have the truth) got nothing.

How do you think this covid-19/corona virus pandemic will affect the way J.W.'s view shunning?
by StoneWall inwe all know that the watchtower (jehovah's witnesses) say the reason for disfellowshipping is to protect the congregation from some uncleanness or threat.so they "quarantine" (shun) those they perceive can spread information that does not agree fully with their teachings/doctrines.it's almost like they want to liken it to a real disease by calling opposers "mentally diseased", "threat" etc.
will the current state of affairs in the world regarding this pandemic strengthen their cause/argument in favor of isolating within their ranks?
i can visualize them in the near future even having parts at the hall or assemblies pointing back to this pandemic and saying something along the lines of "brothers what do you think would happen if we would not have quarantined and stayed away from any that were infected?

When you are infected with a virus, the effects can range from nothing to you die. You could get infected without even getting sick, and then infect someone that is vulnerable and they die. It seems to be that most people that get the virus don't even get sick (I guess this from the numbers of cases while they are leveling off--if most people got sick, I would expect a country like Germany to see closer to 10 million cases instead of 100,000 at peak). This shows what an even somewhat healthy immune system can do to this virus.
When you get infected with the truth, you get relief from the lie. This can so easily spread because the truth actually makes sense. Once something actually makes sense, you are not going to revert to the lie except under force. Besides this, how many people became "infected" with the truth due to the lie itself? That would be as stupid as having people catching coronavirus simply due to being kept isolated from it or due only to being cut off from it. How often does that happen? Then why did we not have coronavirus cases prior to late 2019? We did, however, have the first case of the Truth long before anyone had the "infection".

People Are Drinking a Lot More When "Locked Up" in Their Homes
by RubaDub init was amusing the other evening on the local news to see the increase of drinking due likely to people having to basically stay at home.. the news crew went out on recycle day in a couple of areas during the week.
they showed the general neighborhoods (but not the specific houses).
the reporter walked down the street and looked into the recycle bins.

People might be drinking more for boredom. While that is not good for their health if they are in fact drinking more (instead of just substituting drinking at home for drinking the same amount at bars), at least they are drinking and driving that much less. And that is when they are really asking for trouble--if you drink, that's your business. If you drink and drive, it becomes mine and that of everyone else that shares the road.
