They really don't like it when they see you enjoying life. To them after a person doesn't profess to be a JW anymore, life is supposed to be the most miserable thing ever for them because the have left "Jehovah".

i would force them to speak - or embarrass the living hell out of them if they didn't.

HBO runs a lot of their original programming several nights a week, and then they run all the episodes so far of these programs as well. So I'm sure you'll get them all.

Have you self-published through Lulu.com?
by alias ini am working on a book project (non-jw) that will have both illustrations and text and i am interested in self-publishing.
i checked out lulu.com and it looks extremely easy to do it once the manuscript is ready to go.
have you used a pod like lulu?

Oh I just LOVE this forum!!! I like to write prose and poetry and one of my friends has been encouraging me to publish but I knew the hard way was to find a publisher who thought I was good enough and I knew the only way for me to go was self-publishing. Thanks for info on Lulu. I'll go check it out as soon as I can.

Well, well, well, things are certainly changing...
by bluesbreaker59 inyou know here lately, my life has had lots of ups and downs.
this was my first year of not going to district convention, my (step) grandpa developed brain cancer, my dad and most of his family won't speak to me, and my girlfriend and i were having troubles.
on the other hand, my mom and her side of the family have embraced me, my cousin (that left the borg) and i are closer than ever, my girlfriend is super, my band plays all the time, and i've got a great group of friends.

Depressed witness going door to door
by I quit! inthis morning i saw a witness mother and her son heading out into service.
from the area they were in i think they were going to be doing some street corner work.
i was stopped at a light when they walked in front of my car.

Hi Mr. Flipper! I know some witnesses who have kicked their kids out of their house as soon as they turned 18 too for the same reasons. I don't understand how a parent(s) could do that and I always vowed that I never would. But now it doesn't matter because I'm out and my kids never got baptized and don't attend anymore either.
