Summer- WELCOME - love your JOhn Lennon avatar.
Well I was going to post about losing things but I've lost my thought.
i've decided to put together an ebook of poems about the watchtower.
and upload it to lulu.com.
i'm not looking to make any money out of.
MARK FOR LATER - GREAT IDEA
an email from a "loved one"....does anyone else get this kind of stuff?
subject: when i woke up this morning (a poem) when i woke up this morning, i didn't groan or creak.
as i reached out to the nightstand, my spectacles to seek.. i couldn't feel their framework; and much to my surprise,.
Then they mention briefly some we will never see.Their favorite part.

This beautiful picture was captured at sunrise on a cold and still Park City morning. Called sundogs, this phenomenon is caused by sunlight being refracted through ice crystals. Taken by Don Brown with an Olympus OM1 and a 28mm lens, this image shows two parhelia on each side of the sun and one just visible at the top of the image. The ice crystals must be preferentially oriented horizontally and the sun-observer line of sight must be close to horizontal in order to see such a site. Click to enlarge.
The rays appear to diverge, but this is an illusion of perspective: they are actually parallel. The cause of crepuscular rays in this case is a combination of the sun rising over distant mountains, water vapor in the air independent of the clouds, and the clouds themselves. Click to enlarge.

A meteor can create bright displays visible from miles around through the energy released as it slams into Earth's atmosphere. this is a true story!
the other day a buddy of mine told me that his friend was getting ready to go through a divorce from his wife.
she had been goin' out on him.
Gopher - instead of laughing that made me throw up a little bit in my mouth.
ive wondered this from time to time, especially in trying to figure out how i finally broke free and in looking at the stories of others.
if you asked me a few years ago, i probably would have said either seeing too much hypocrisy or suffering the last straw of spiritual and/or emotional abuse.
but i know in my case and others, even that wasnt enough to break the mental shackles.
My first response was KNOWLEDGE.
Then I read your post again.
I completely agree that it is getting away from the indoctrination of the meetings. It opens your mind up a little at a time.
I disassociated myself in 1990 and went back in 2001, always believing it was the truth. When I went back I saw thingsdifferently, I heard things differently, I felt things differently.
Something was wrong and I could tell I just couldn't put my finger on it. My mind was more open and I began to read things differently in the Watchtower lessons. The hypocrisy, control and arrogance began to seep into my consiousness.
I truly believe that being AWAY from the meetings is what saved me.
monopoly money is printed in a years time?????.

this is a true story!
the other day a buddy of mine told me that his friend was getting ready to go through a divorce from his wife.
she had been goin' out on him.
A friend of mine, whom I consider very intelligent, was putting together a gift basket for a friend. She had tied balloons to the handle of the basket and they were hanging by the strings down onto the floor.
As she was filling the basket with goodies she kept "fluffing" up the balloons. We just kept talking and I continued to watch her "fluffing". Finally she stopped, very annoyed and yelled, "Why won't these balloons stay up in the air?"
I asked, "Did you fill them with helium?" The look on her face said it all. I fell on the floor laughing and trying not to wet myself as she asked, "You mean you can't just blow them up yourself?"
She worked her way through college at McDonald's where she filled many balloons with helium for parties and thought it was just air! She is now going to OSU for her masters degree.
brentr was nice enough to bring this subject up in the wine thread earlier.
