Very interesting reading - thank you for the article about fighting racism, and the insights. But religion (including therein beliefs in creationism or evolution) is not the prime cause of racial bigotry and hatred. That honor goes to
SHEER IGNORANCE. One never need look far to find illustrations thereof.
Alas, it is the preserve and prerogative of the ignorant to remain ignorant, in the face of all the evidence available. The best way to deal with the ignorant is to nudge them to a platform and then encourage them to spout. As "Honest Abe" said: "
It is far better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt."
I employ this stratagem when dealing with such craven and confused adversaries as come snapping at my heels, and I commend you offer the same privilege to your own critics.

This is a very carefully written work indeed, and one that requires dissection and structured demolition - in the interests of every JW child who may be the subject of a custody dispute.
To those sentient beings among us who are aware what this wicked cult usually does to a child unfortunate enough to either be brought up wholly inside it, or otherwise subject to its malignant shadow, the conclusion to which the above-referenced material subtly directs the reader appears perfectly ludicrous.
But this is no joking matter.
An absolute fundament of the JW creed is the belief ingrained in the child that all the child's "worldly" loved-ones (Granny? Little Pete from class? That nice lady at the corner store?) are any day due to be annihilated by a ferocious God (who commits genocide and premeditated slaughter on a scale that would put the Nazis to shame), as perfectly portrayed within the Paradise book and its companions. To argue, in effect, that this does anything other than profoundly, often irreparably, damage the child's ability to love, relate, form deep social bonds and generally be happy and "normal" is the work of either a Watchtower stooge, someone who does not genuinely believe his own argumentation, a fool, a sociopath, someone whose empathy for the plight of others leaves something to be desired - or an academic whose ivory tower has isolated him from reality, and which edifice therefore simply begs to be stormed by the likes of you and I.
The work is presented in scholarly manner, and as being authored by one who is wholly independent and untainted by any bias of association or prejudgment or the like. The work stands or falls on this. Indeed, within it, mention is made of discounting or devaluating the opinion, testimony, accounts, studies and evidence of experts who have a bias. As sauce for the goose serves also as sauce for the gander, a direction of effort to assess and "review" that author's own bias, unintended or otherwise, may well prove to yield a tasty dish indeed.
Please read the above very carefully, and amend such response to the material as you choose to formally publish so as to fully incorporate these gentle suggestions.
