  i have ran a small company and worked to be semi retired.

  at 44, i am looking at maybe going to school on line.

  it seems that i may be able to do something other than construction.

  Brother going baptist

  i have a brother that was a witness for twenty years, all four of us left the witnesses and for the most part are agnostic or atheist.. my brother that is going baptist is going because of a woman, he has always had a problem with not having a personality of his own, he has a very bad temper and never knows when to shut his mouth, he thinks nothing of telling people the most hurtful things and does not see that he has stomped all over someone's feelings.. he is 33 and met a woman in nursing school in wichita.

  they started to date and are now planning on a wedding after only one month.

  another of his flaws, he is very impulsive and a sucker for anything that makes his ego feel good.

  First witness visit

  i had a couple of dubbers visit since my move to hot springs.

  one was an older man who was very nice and did not want to talk, he just wanted to ask how much for property in my area and how much it cost to build my house.

  the other was a ydrtc young gungho who thinks he knows a lot more then he does.

  Went off outside walmart.

  i was loading my purchase in my car yesterday when i saw out of the corner of my eye a 20 something man in suit and tie walk up to me and he was holding what i knew was a watchtower.. after 30 years of slavery and i was running late i went off on him, before he could even open his mouth i said, i was part of your cult for 30 years before i left.

  he asked what made me leave, i told him that if when christ came invisibly to earth in 1914 and saw russell and his little group of bible students were the only people who had it right and so gave him authority over his earthly preaching work, why would you be disfellowshiped for teaching anything russell tought?

  if the bible says that a person who predicts something to happen and it does not come to pass he is a false profit and the society had not been right on one thing, i told him i lived through [stay alive till 75] and knew many who sold their homes and had enough to live on just until 75 and again nothing happend, did he know that the second pres.

  julia sweeney's new tape letting go of god is one of the best monologs i have heard in quite a while.. it is hard to find but you can view a seventeen min.

  sample on youtube.

  i final found it on audible.com and for 11.95 no tax you can down load a copy to your computer and burn one copy to cd.

  i lost touch with them and they were trying to sell their home in vanderbuilt mi but could not get it sold.. amanda woods i was told just married the hess boy.

  any info would be appreciated.

  i just watched a fifteen min, video on youtube of julia sweeney's letting go of god.

  i usualy just down load movie's off of the net.

  but i may buy this one.

  i have not had any contact with people from vanderbuilt mi for some time.

  i was wondering if any one knows if terry schoder is still alive, she had terminal cancer a year ago when i last saw her.. all the people who kept me informed have moved away due to michigans economy going into the toilet.. also have not heard form bill clegg since he moved to deland and remairied, he is in his 90s and i do not know if he is alive or dead.. daryl kunde is another person i have not heard about he is in the vanderbuilt congergation.. i quit the jws several years ago and moved on but kept up on what people were doing.

  well i have moved, for real, i lived with my husband of 25 years only 3 miles from my mother and father.

  it seems that most of the witnesses they preferred to associate with, have all been disfellowshipped or divorced, or separated.

  they have not called me or tried to visit me for over 2 years.
