  i thought long and hard before making this thread, that many will not agree with it but i think there needs to be balance and people to realise there are alternate viewpoints out there on many of these subjects, the ones that are most spoke about on this forum.

  i was recently sent a full message containing mary's book and these links give the rebuttal to many of her points.

  those that are still open-minded enough feel free to look over them even if in the end you still don't agree at least you have heard both the defence as well as the attack as they are on the internet.

  If you choke on the little things but swallow the larger sins what can you say.

  If you want me to understand the dates are little things I must agree with you... however the WT. has in the past

  made BIG things of dates and time lines...It has caused great hurt.. loss of jobs etc...... no children (1975)

  I'm in two minds about the date issue simply because they haven't predicted armegeddon, the dates could be a hangover of their adventist roots that needs weeding out

  So from this Reniaa quote it appears it's not the WT's fault about the (wrong dates ) it's those damned Adventist !

  Why have you jumped from my question of dates to not living in fear because of not having proper doctrines?

  By the way there may be a hidden message for you here.. does it not say that those who do not believe these doctrines are

  BAD COMPANY not good for your character .. ( I however feel it is confusing and bad manners to jump subjects like I

  just did ...but it does serve to illusrate my point ! )

  What exactly was the proper food at the proper time?

  forgetting (and forgiving for the sake of discussion) all of the changes, mistakes and errors between the teachings from the late 1800's to 1920 by the bible students, what exactly was the "proper food" being dispensed during the "proper time" when jesus supposedly made his choice of this group of people to be the sole harbringers of truth?

  i am assuming all of those changes/mistakes/errors, of course were not proper food, so what were the things being taught during jesus's selection that led him to select the bible students?

  is there anything truly unique (and correct/accurate/proper) that can be claimed by the bible students during that time period that could warrant jesus' choice?.

  I'd like to hear an explanation from a JW here why, supposing just for a moment, that the 'trinity of truths" listed is indeed %100 correct, why those 3 items would be enough for Jesus to choose them over others. Why can't trinitarians be wrong yet not receive the mercy of Jehovah or Christ when judgment comes, just as JW's must expect have some mercy for all of the errors/mistakes they made

  Apparently with the "right heart condition " I'll just know which rights to get right and which wrongs to get wrong thereby maintaining my salvation intact ! Caliber

  Or are you merely playing your usual game of replying to posts you feel you can answer and ignoring the rest?

  This quote is so true... yet you go into great detail to answer a few poster repeatedly.. are they favorites or have

  they in some way got under your skin so that you feel obligated to answer these certain ones ? I know that because

  so many people are firing questions it becomes an impossible job to go in every direction.. but why the pattern of

Let's see, 1914 is wrong, being chosen in 1919 is wrong, 1925 was wrong, saying the Remnant was sealed in 1935 was wrong, 1975 was wrong, the end of the 6,000 years was wrong, 607 bce was wrong, the generation was wrong, the marking work was wrong

  Over the past few weeks I have made at least 6 posts go totally unanswered .. Am I being too proud or self-centred to not expect a least

  one response this time ? Anyway here is my question(in which I hope I am not speaking just to thin air )

  From the above other posters quote ..don't burden yourself with all the dates they got wrong.. just name ONE date

  that WT. got right ! A one word answer will be sufficient if you so choose ! (please don't allow little details like facts detour you )
